Well, ref the ARP Missions I now have a 2nd useless Hiei Captain taking up a reserve slot, However the question is when I complete part 2 of the challenge will I have a 2nd Hiei Battleship as well or will I end up with a free port slot seeing as My 1st IJN Hiei is currently swinging around her moorings?

Desperately needed - "sound Action stations!" followed by a Bugle call (on Cruisers and Battleships) plus an extra white ensign...we Brits tended to fly quite a few of them just so no one thought we were surrendering if one got shot away. Of course a cruiser or two or more Battlewaggons to go with this would not go amiss.

Suggestion for a possible fix to GNB ...give everyone who collected a reasonable amount of diamonds (100 + perhaps?) the Jutland flag. This way we get a commemorative flag for the 100th anniversary and it might appease the rumblings from HMS Warspite / Campbeltown owners who are not happy about being asked to buy said flag for serious money (if you already own either ship )

To the OP - if you play a game, there is always a chance you will lose. when you play in randoms there is a chance that your team will be comprised of some poor and mediocre players and you will lose. if you have trouble accepting this then I respectfully suggest that you find an alternate means of entertainment. We all get frustrated at times playing - I myself turn the air blue sometimes but have never felt the need to chat rage...."if you can't say anything nice,don't say nothin at all". Especially as this game is played by a wide range of ages and abilities including people with disabilities who are just trying to have fun.

Funny thing, but Campbeltown illustrates what gave the RN its premier status - most of the ships were older designs at the start of WW2 and less capable than the latest axis powers ships but it was what the crews managed to achieve with these older ships that set the RN's place in history. In fact, I think it is a realistic indication of what the RN line will be like - average ships for the most part requiring good players for good results with the odd gem amoungst them. Its also fair to say that those of us who love a particular ship will always have positive things to say but Aeroon was simply pointing out the stats - weight of shell (number of guns/torpedos firing at one time) and rate of fire do often decide the outcome when battle is joined. Those who own her and use her properly will do well - those who rush to close action will die fast!

Since a intimation that Campbeltown might be given away as a prize ages ago and after testers seemed to feel it was a rather lacklustre premium it puts it firmly in the running for a reward ship and since it has not appeared on the EU server I think there is a good chance it will be the 12 million reward.

I am an old duffer who makes up the Tomato quota of the game On a good day, when the Meds are working I can put in some reasonable performances but like a fair few here I play the ships I like as opposed to the highest w/r types.....however, I am saving my best for the introduction of the nation that must not be named! (A good few hundreds of flags in the signal locker for those guys) . Cruisers and BBs float my boat mostly.

Sorry, should have clarified my post - I am referring to the Sea Dog and Sea Lion Flags and the GNB Camouflage in personal goals :-)

​However you DO buy the flags or the camo with the Diamonds you earn from the event - I just like to know what I am getting!....all the info is available on the premium ships available to trade but not the Flags or Camo so it's not unreasonable to ask.

A bit (OK a LOT!) more info is required about a few of the prizes as otherwise we are being asked to gamble a hell of a lot of reward Diamonds on the off chance it might be something cool....the offenders are the event camo (no description of what it is or what if any perks it bestows) and the two event flags (no pics or description) To be fair, it seems a hell of a lot to ask for an event flag bragging rights not withstanding - I mean 500 or 900 Diamonds?? especially when the other choice is 2 or 3 premium ships and port slots! I am not on a rant about costs but the lack of info to judge if these items are worth my hard won Diamonds....so if poss some more details please.

Its possible the Campeltown might be the mystery milestone as it seems to be a rather underwhelming premium ?

This would be great for those of us who like to play the game for fun but not for those who are worried about their win rate! - the reason it failed in WoT was that nearly everyone wanted to play the Top tier OP tanks and as a result the waiting times were horrendous and when you finally did get a game the result was often a walkover for one side. Since WoWS is a bit more balanced it could work out especially for those players up for a challenge. Regards toxic chat I don't see it being a major problem as most of us have ships of all nations and even if you sail your own nations ship why would you rage about being sunk by someone sailing another nations ship? - they might be a player of a completely different nationality to the ship!

Overall a big thanks to the Devs from me too....definitely a step in the right direction! As per three things - Sounds and visuals, weather effects and new compact file structure.

For nearly all of us the Delete and Reinstall seems to be the way to go (unless your D/L speed is really really bad) as you save a fair bit of time compared to the update method.

Fun fact...nearly all the top players just adapt to any new changes (and to save anyone the trouble I am just a lowly scrub!) and since it is just another "random" element it balances out for both sides - in fact the top players will quickly learn to use such things to their advantage while the rest of us bumble around clueless. ls it a good feature for ultra competitive or stat obsessed players? Possibly not ls it a good feature for players who just enjoy the game? Absolutely.

Oh Ectar you silly! ....expecting people to be rational and fair - this is the Internet! On a serious note - no need for any rage posts as ship happens! I deleted my WoWS game ready for the new install and have now had to re-install but it's hardly life threatening and since playing the public test I know the new patch is worth waiting for - so chill out and relax, we will get it in a day or two

Provocative thought - perhaps if the RU server numbers continue to fall the Dev's might make an effort on the EU trees ( French , Italian and the OTHER one ​ ) seeing as how we tend to have more of a Naval history and interest in same plus we also seem to pay more. This is not meant to provoke any flame wars just to suggest that the RU players generally prefer Tanks due to their history with same. Of course the numbers may be falling due to them not being overly impressed with the RU cruiser line - if so perhaps another Nation's ships might bring their numbers back up?
