Help getting error - "Could not find class Avatar"

I had the same problem on my Windows 7 prof. 64bit machine and the cause turned out to be 2 corrupted and unreadable, hence also undeletable directories under the scripts directory. I'm just reinstalling after a disk check which found no other erors on the HD.
