The Soviets didn't use T-34's during the Winter War though as it wasn't even in service at the time. They relied on BT-2's, T-26's and T-28's, the poor performance of which pushed command to adopt the T-34 after the war. -

Was hoping for Italians or more French. Chinese DDs is just going to be mostly copy pasta from other nations (mostly Soviets and Americans) and 1 or 2 Chinese designs based on Soviet designs. It would also kind of ruin the whole argument that the feel of the guns shouldn't radically differ (muh caliber progression) if we get a line that switches between Soviet railguns and Murican mortars. -
I think a mod might censor that post from the forums for other reasons.

Graf Zeppelin's Ju-87s get new bombs: Dive bomber Ju87C now mount SC500 HE bombs. This bomb is more powerful than US 1000lb ANM65 HE bomb. Stats as follows; - 11,100 HE Alpha - 165% Fire Chance - 106mm HE Pen It has dispersion ellipse slightly smaller than that of US dive bombers, and manual drop is 50% more accurate.

I've never had much issue with Königsberg and thought it was a fun ship, but (probably because of MM) Nürnberg felt massively more squishy than Königsberg and I hated that grind. I recently got Yorck and I can already tell I'm going to hate this one as well. It's slow, has bad rudder shift, AP is terrible at range due to drag (and getting close is suicide), bad concealment, meh HE damage.

I'm still wondering what WG was planning to do with Vanguard, because S_O did say they had something planned. A regular premium would be a bit dissapointing after putting Monarch in the tree and the teasing, so maybe they will use it for an event?

Since WG said that RN DDs are not currently in production and an Italian tech tree is not going to come this year my money is on either French DDs, BBs or the next Soviet DD sub branch. CV's seem highly unlikely, especially since they are also working on rebalancing the USN soontm

What? This also doesn't answer the question. Also as long as Belfast exists Indi is never going to be the competitive T7 ship. Besides isn't it kind of ridiculous how (at least with this wording) there is a conscious push to make compeitive exclusive to premium ships by making them better than their tech tree counterparts? This does not seem like an issue to WG? -

You do not want to be shot at while in a carrier ever, so no this is not a viable build. You eat too much damage and turn like a brick, not to mention fires putting you out of action. You'd have to give up the 2nd upgrade slot to spec for secondary range which is also not worth it. The only thing that is a bit useful about the range is that you can spot a DD with your planes in order for you to secondary them as a last resort, although you should just drop bombs/torps anyway to effectively get rid of threats. Besides you can already move up behind allies in the current carriers. The Graf secondaries are a gimmick but not much more.

Nelson is a Free XP premium like Missouri though, so you can get her without paying money for her.

The bonus he gives is too massive. 33% RoF? Nearly half health heal? Extra consumable charge? RIP balans. Either nerf these bonuses or just give him improved skill like Jack Dunkek and Steven Seagull.

Unpopular opinion time: Yamamoto is overrated. He at first dismissed the allied attack on Guadalcanal and instead sailed the main fleet back home to Japan for retraining and refitting. Then when the scale of the attack became more apparent his reaction was to send in his fleet piecemeal into a meat grinder. He squandered resources that Japan could not replace and destroyed any chance of coming back from the Midway disaster. For commanders that I would want: Tameichi Hara and Gunichi Mikawa
