    Easy: (Also I just noticed that I can LB Boobfast for 6 stars, especially since I have 3 spares lying around.) I don't think anything other than events matters (and ofc which construction option you choose, I don't think a SSR BB can drop from light construction etc) Flagship doesn't matter as far as I know. And RNGesus has been really generous with my SSRs on the CN server despite being quite low level.

    Don't trust those ratings. She has Cleveland levels of AA and honestly Cleveland is already ridiculous at T6. Against T4 CV she would swat entire squads in a single second from 6-7km.

    I really don't get why it is connected to port chats like clan and division chat. I mean if it is so that they can't harass players you have the mute/blacklist button for that. It is incredibly dumb that you can't talk to your friends ingame because some guys reported you because you clear skied his CV or something. The current system is way too abusable which makes the punishment far more unreasonable.

    Right now I think that the tech tree will have Trento at T6, Bolzano at T7 and Zara at T8. She still has the same guns of the Duca, same RoF of 7.5 and same shells, just 2 more and 1 km more range. I hope that they will at least make the HE shell a bit less anemic in its fire chance. The french have more of a HE focus so maybe they will give Italians an high velocity AP focus?

    Just blapped a broadside Colorado at sub 8km for 80% of its health Sure the range is a bit limiting when uptiered but so far she has been performing beautifully. I didn't think a ship would be replacing Kongou as my favourite T5 BB but Giulio seems to finally take that throne away from her.

    It has been that time since WG nerfbatted all their torps over a year ago and batted some more with the line split. They used to have the longest ranged torps but they nerfed that while buffing USN torps, not to mention torp concealment nerfs. They used to have higher HE alpha and firechance but WG nerfed that as well and gave them faster RoF. They basically made them more like USN DDs. They gutted the entire playstyle and niche that they had. (Also I am still salty with what WG did to T8 Fubuki which was by far my favourite ship in the line. It had good longer ranged torps (15km iirc) and due to 3x triple launchers had shorter reloads and was quite flexible in its role, which I miss on the current Kagerou)
