    He has an anime avatar, so he is clearly Bias. Right now i think the IJN are OP in terms of Ships, and the US are OP in CVs
  5. Its all negative if they change either Japanese ships or CVs. Even if the effect is a buff people will instant assume a nerf...also am i the only one who likes the Katori? Both the Erie and Katori i think are the most fun ships in the game to play.

    Never once seen in game anyone whine a battleship couldn't dodge all torpedoes....most of it is the fact people drop then right next to the ships with no dodge room. And yes before you say well dodge them when u see them comming in....kinda hard to do when ur fighting another battleship.. its either expose your armour or get hit by torps.

    Difference is your nice and safe while the battleship is always in the firing line....so yes balanced much? You get to dish out tons of damage without any harm to your own ship... so you lose a few planes u get like 2-3 squadrons in spares anyways and AA in the game sucks.

    if you look he drops them around 200-300m from ships that is the torps dropping.

    All depends on the match, if ur simply picking out rare cases, of which id love to see.... then your making it out like CVs are weaker then they really are..what about those almost doing 200k? That is 2 full Tier X BBs.

    Contrary to others I believe AP is too weak now.

    Your talking about a round that weights about 1-2 tons depending on caliber and flying at almost 1000 m/s sure it might not pen but the energy will go some where else in the hull and it will leave a big dent in the armour. It would most likely ricochet down into the deck and hit something in the lower decks if not punch holes in the hull.

    Well it makes it fair for lower tiers fighting higher tiers, to compensate for the higher damage they need something to counter faster planes.

    Bit more thought process in WoWs compared to WoT, now that is a true point click score 90% crit on a Tier 10 heavy and instant win game.

    Well i guess so but there does need to be balance depending on ship size as the lower tier battleships are much easier to dodge torps with while the high tiers find it harder. I guess im stuck in the bad players pool, every time no one bothers to do their role.

    All they seem to do is rush to the nearest flag and die, bit like light tanks in WoT. I was not talking about activation length...i was talking about approach ranges of planes taking a longer time to make a run for a longer ship, while a shorter ship will require less of a approach time, which realistically is what they did i did not mean the torpedo arming time which would remain the same. This would buff CVs in the fact they can hit DDs more reliably and be able to defend them selves more. Im more speaking as a General Captain who plays both CV and BB, i feel CVs need more self defense because you can not rely on pugs

    This is my problem as a Battleship captain, its my job to take down their battleships and Cruisers and to keep our Carrier safe. I have to worry about every ship in the game as im the biggest target on the field and the easiest to hit. People do not seem to understand the Battleship has the hardest role in this game being the Shield of the team. If Torps dropped relative to ship length i think that would be more balanced in terms of a longer ship should be given more room to dodge. Since CVs have the worst turn circle this buffs them alot...think about it CV captains.

    Also 1 cv/2 cv vs NO cv teams a BIG NO...Cvs have a massive impact on team...MM needs sorting to make a min of 1 cv vs 1 cv.

    Looks more like an AA buff then a nerf to me. Anyways what good is nerfing AA? its terrible anyways you like maybe 1 plane at most.

    The fact its so easy to hit a Cruiser with the best AA out of the 4 classes proves its a little to much, i personally wouldnt go that close unless i knew all the DDs were down. Again the distance had to be no less then 1km to drop which remeber most ships have about a 400-800 m turning radius. Sure he could of dodge most of the hits but there was always going to be 1 or 2 hits maybe even 3 per wave of planes which proved enough to sink a full hp cruiser.

    4km in range of an Iowa either is stupid or takes some courage, cause if you missed those torps...god help your little cruiser.

    How could he dodge u kept moving your planes and he had an island the only way he could go was right and u would just move your planes...you blame him for not moving but your abusing the manual last minute changes u can do if u time it right... and the fact you can just move ur planes despite him avoiding.
