All these people saying no problem are shooting Omhas and easy low armour cruisers, try killing a Cleveland...by far the most undertiered ship it beats the pepsicola the next tier up.. -

Please explain how a battleship with a top speed of 21 knts closes on a Cruiser with a top speed of 30-35knts....its all well and good saying get closer, get closer but have you really played the same game as the rest of us? Or you to busy in Cvs to bother with the other classes and tiers cause right now US CAs rule Tier 5-7 If your smart you can dodge BB fire every single time while pumping out 15-20 shots everytime he reload dealing around 10-20k damage + fire damage.

Ive managed to take down a BB from full hp to 0 without losing more then half HP in a straight up fight. Why? But people do not realize the Cleveland has quite alot of armour when angled and i mostly set him on fire...

Define Brawl and Brawl range, because 5km and less is suicide for BBs despite having better accuracy, a DD will Kill you, a Cruiser will circle you faster then guns can track and Burn you to death...range is the only thing that keeps battleships balanced vs cruisers.. Trust me go fight a decent Cleveland 1 v 1 in a Battleship..and tell me who wins. Also 2 BBs at 5km range is silly angling is all gone, no need to even aim as you bound to instant ciditel someone.

Simple reason, you do not get hardly any reward if any at all for shooting down planes....should as a carrier get bonus for killing planes simply because air dominance is the most important thing in Ship combat, -

i am guilty as charged for doing this exact thing but it is so easy to abuse, i managed to 1 shot a wyoming class the other day he was in a bad spot ill admit but he took evasive action to my planes coming in so i realigned them and manual dropped despite him trying his best to dodge. -

Early Tier CVs are op due to the lack of decent AA once you hit Tier 8 in a BB or Tier 6 in a US CA planes become hardly an issue. In fact dont bother torp bombing a cleveland... -

Because a server with 35k players on and tons of calculations could fail to send infomation on a few torps...NOPE must be the player...always the players fault. Never lag/Desync issues.

Not hard to become the best CV player, since the class requires very little skill to master, with no RNG there is little to stop you...When people can Brag they are the Best high tier DD player i will sit down and give them a clap..but not a CV captain.

i understand they will look at stats but most people all say the same thing we have no real incentive to stick by a BB and support him with AA fire..simple fix would be to Buff BB AA at lower tiers...and Buff IJN CA AA a bit while making planes just as rewarding for hitting a ship... Planes cost money and materials aswell as lives to if u work out the damage you deal to a Carrier you dealing a large amount taking out its only way to provide any support or damage.

It doesn't work...or people would not be complaining CVs are OP...there are others things but people do not do the whole screening thing instead they treat the game like an FPS.

Teamwork in a game where u get randomly matched players...yes good luck with that. Look at WoTs...where is the so called team work. If they want CAs to escort then they need to fix the issue of its better to leave a BB and shoot ships then stick by them and kill planes.

Buff AA so CV pilots have to think about attacking CAs, and BBs with decent AA and risk losing precious planes...right now high tier CVs have like 40+ Spare planes and they hardly get shot down unless another CV is using fighters, which is rare because killing planes gives very little in terms of reward. Planes need to be finite and need to be used carefully..right now they just throw wave after wave and don't care if they lose squads...

Buff AA or near planes durability...also Make AA smarter by not bothering with Fighters and focusing on bombers more...the amount of times i made my AA focus fire only for them to pew pew fighters.. Buff AA damage or range...simple no need to need torps or carriers...only Buff AA on ALL ships and Buff carrier AA big time, cause it really really sucks. Also give us decent rewards for shooting down planes...going fighter decks are kinda pointless for rewards. Bold part i really want...and many will agree. -
4 mins is nothing when no one can touch you and you also forget you do not only have 1 squadron, 3-4 Tb bomber waves is enough to out right kill BBs...all from the safety of 30km away while u hide with a 7km detection range... Now do u understand why people complain about CVs? At least in WoT arty can be spotted with tracers here carriers are near impossible to find. planes magically disappear after about 5 km

Well ive learned the hard way on how to dodge torps, and hell if my new Mexico can do it then the IJN battleships can, and those i torp most in my Minekaze

That is why Manual drop is so op due to the fact you can keep moving the aim all the time.

Easy to say, but when changing course to avoid torps exposes your broadside to a Battleship, your dammed if you do and dammed if you don't...and CV players can just keep planes circling around you all day long while you keep turning...trust me the whole don't sail in a straight line when ur rudder shift is 30 secs is a bit hard to do.. In fact sailing in a straight line and constantly speeding up and slowing down is the best form of defense against a DD unless hes smart and aims to counter it.

Simple solution to CVs without hurting CVs directly.....BUFF AA!!!! Right now AA sucks balls...planes can fly around you for ages and not get shot down at all.- 90 replies

Well i figured that and started trying to randomly shoot torps in case he started to dodge. But meh i guess i found a Cruiser who was decent at playing, which is a shock at tier 5...most are hur dur sail in a straight line. How long do they last? i might of wiped it all ready
