It's quite obvious you have no clue. Every ship can prop walk and ships with multiple props, so all (?) ships in game, can turn within their own lenght. I've actually studied naval architecture and been on and steered quite a few vessels.

Most cruisers are underpowered compared to BBs (god forbid comparing them to CVs). There are a few that are just weak instead of horrible. Kuma, Omaha, Mogami, .. Yet you have people like iChase crying about cruisers being OP while he two salvos them...

Rank 5-1 = R1 One rank spread max, so a battle could be R3-R4 with rank 10 to 20 people in it, R2-R3 with rank 5 to 15 players or pure R1 with only rank 1-5 guys. Yes, giving up 25% of your HE DMG and 35% of your expected fires per minute is so worth the 0.5% advantage in muzzle velocity and 1% advantage in AP DMG... It's not six months ago anymore. The Cleveland is but a shadow of what it was.

Not really. 2 and 3 have abysmal shell velocity 4 is nothing special iirc 5 and 6 have high velocity but very light shells, so their arcs while better than the horrible Cleveland are nothing special 7 is bad 8 and 9 yay here they actually have an advantage 10 0.5% advantage over Zao, WOW! totally a huge class defining advantage

This is a fun game. Zao has a huge shell velocity advantage over DM. The german cruisers generally do not have such an advantage over the japanese cruisers. Next please.

I doubt it's the dev team. They do not make the decisions. In fact they most likely facepalm at a lot of them just like we do it. It is pretty obvious management does not want to make the best game they could make. It's a business decision. I think they are wrong, but that won't change their mind.
