Did you guys get the 1M credits/the crate for the 250pearls?

I also didn't receive nor the crate, nor the money (directly ingame). edit: it seems to be credit, but without notification. The crates are for communal goals.

The Kamikaze R is the Kamikaze (which has never been available), which is the Fujin, without the hideous paintjob. Specs are identical for the three ships, but it boils down to that it has a tiny bit more HP than the Minekaze, a slightly faster turret traverse, but is a bit slower at 37.5 knots. .

It's very clear: Base XP (bXP) in the "get 500/1300/1600/1800 of XP in a single battle", modifed XP (whether by flags, camo, premium, first win of the day, events) for the cumulative events (get 10,20,100K XP). This was very apparent (to me) from the first week. Did the 16/1800XP in a single battle with the Cleveland (1812 bXP), and the 500/1300 once with the Umikaze (1304 bXP), twice with the Cleveland (1812 bXP and the other 1333 bXP (on a defeat, before I got the 1812bXP one, you can understand how I felt )) and once with the Arkansas Beta (1452 bXP). And I'm nowhere an awesome player, my highest ship is the Cleveland (yes, my overall winrate is well above average, but that's about it). I played as economical as possible, since my work schedule doesn't allow me to play as often as I would like, so I made sure that the tier-requirements and the class-requirements did not overlap too much: - DD: Tier II Umikaze (10 kills, 10 wins) - CA: Tier V Omaha & Köningsberg (15 kills, 25 wins) & Tier III St.Louis (10 kills) - BB: Tier IV Arkansas Beta (20 kills, 15 wins) - CV: not going to happen, who am I kidding! (haven't unlocked the Langley, and not wishing to spend 15K on free XP just to get it for 5 pearls, with no reward for those who completed the maximum of the missions) - XP grinding: Cleveland & the ships mentioned above.

As per developer: The MK will get a buff, so it will stay at the level where it is now (with AFT-perk), whereas other cruisers will get nerfed by the new AFT-requirements. Depending on what you take as a reference (either the maximum range, or the raw stats of the ships), that means that it stays at a status quo for the MK, with a nerf for the other ships, or a buff for the MK, with a status quo for the other ships respectively. Either way, the MK will become better compared to the other ships.

He probably means: "it is going to be OP with the 0.5.3 iteration of the game", as is on the test-server.

Indeed... but to completely fair, their event had nothing to do with the Project-R. It was for the Superbowl (and originally was intended to last for 3hrs, but they stretched it for the entire day (16hrs))

All weekly missions done for 4 weeks, and all missions bar the carrier one. Monster XP grind with the Cleveland. Saved the day Premium and the X-mas camo from this day, and ran the XP flag as well, one good battle with the X3-multiplier brings you a long way then (all my XP-stuff was done with the Cleveland, also the 1800+ battles)

I'd vow for the USS Wichita (CA-45) as the USN-equivalent of the Atago. Wichita is a unique ship (sole of her class), which resembles the New-Orleans-Class, but with the (improved) hull of a Brooklyn-Class. And she's got a funky camouflage.

No, I was not expecting that, but a merger between the planned X2, and the X3 (so in the end you'd get a X4 (+100% & +200%) event). Given how Project R is compared to the NA (4M less credits to be earned, no mystery packages with valuable prizes), this was an opportunity for the EU-management to show some love for the server, even if it was such a small thing as the X4, but no... denied.

There has been an announcement on the portal. It's a X3 XP for the first win of the day... So the scheduled "X2" for this weekend is being cancelled it seems... A bit underwhelming.

HIDDEN EASTER EGG! in a split-second, you could see someone working on a bow-section of a ship. It's a very unique bow, specific to just one class of ship: the Pennsylvania-Class... 3000D? You never fail to "impress" me with again a new definition of "pathetic moneygrab" on a side note: they do look nice. The price however, isn't.

Either they are trolling a bit (hey, it IS Wargaming after all), on the other hand it could be that the rumours are true. The rumours being that the British naval musea aren't very keen in cooperating with Wargaming, thus is hampers their research into ships and plans (a bit of the same what happened with Kubinka Tank Museum and World of Tanks).
