Had the privilege to have @Troublemaker_CRO and @SexyCroat on my team just now. That was until the untimely demise of Troublemaker due to a Fun & Engaging mechanic, and my demise because of a Poor Position Guesstimation. -

Would've been a win, if it weren't for the griefer in the Gadjah Mada who refused to come from behind his island to outflank the enemy BB's. 6 against 1 is something that's too much for even the Nelson. Oh, who needs HE anyway? -

Had the misfortune of having this person on my team on 2 occasions... Both in the Sims, both times torping from the 3rd line at enemies 23km away. Ignoring caps, shooting at the water in front of friendly ships... WG sure has earned a dime on him though... Or this gem, with 4000+ battles, insisting on firing HE from max-range at DD's in his Tirpitz.

Monarch is quite the letdown in the branch, but the other ships are REALLY powerful.

IIRC, there are in-game benefits (premium goodies) for those with good karma on the RU-server.

I found the QE also more enjoyable than the Warspite. The guns behaved better, and did better damage. But the Warspite is nimble. KGV you're going to enjoy, the Monarch is the lowpoint of the entire line.

Couple of things happened today: elite'd my Monarch, using powergrind with Type59 camo's in 39 battles. Couldn't get the ship to work as it should: every decent match got squandered by the team, every so-so match was an easy victory, so I'll happily swap it for the Lion. got my first 19 point commander, thanks to powerlevelling using Type59 camo's and ZH/Dragon-flags. Expended some C-XP to get a 10pt Gallant commander, so time to restock on that Needed 6778 XP to get my 37k container today... Maybe use the Nelson to get me on the way, and top it off with one of the other T7 premiums. Alllllllllrighty then! Was 0.2 seconds away from surviving, but the Colorado managed to blast a final salvo into me before succumbing to sheer damage and fires. Nelson can Brawl! -

IIRC, it has indeed to do with the limitations of the game-engine. -
I did a 32k damage volley yesterday to a broadside Bismarck at 7 km's with AP, without citadels, it's AP works miracles on broadside targets. I'm struggling with this ship though (I don't enjoy playing it), so I slapped on every flag & Type59 camo to hasten the grind to the Lion and rake in all the free XP for the Nelson (which I got yesterday). The key to this ship seems to be to abuse the insane concealment. I don't use HE, because it's far too inconsistent (more inconsistent than pounding the superstructure of bowtanking BB's with AP).

Park behind island, lob HE delights with impunity on BB's trying to get from point A to point B. Managed to end top-of-the-team like that as the sole T6 in a T8 match.

I absolutely loath this barge... 40k away from Lion. But with a pleasant side-effect: -
It could be worse, WAAAAAAAAAAAAY worse... The missions themselves weren't so bad (despite a bit grindy), but it was the combination they came it. If Stage 4 & 5 swapped some missions, it would have been more enjoyable, and with less impact on the matchmaker. I've completed North Cape after 2 days (it required 31 matches on Tuesday to get my 6 stars), so I'm now a bit ground-out of WoWS. Am making the best of my few days of premium I have left (Science of Victory + supercontainer), to powergrind the Monarch and Nelson (20k away), after which I will take a break. Maybe I'll get a Cesare out of it as well! Still, it could be: "sink 20 Russian ships, T8-10".

You know you could repeat tasks to get the stars again, hasted the progress considerably. And... erm... You got guaranteed rewards, for the missions you completed and the Stage 1-4 you've completed. Guaranteed, and known up-front. On a sidenote: fun little ship, the DOY.

Meanwhile in America: 7 ships ( Atago, Kidd, Tirpitz, Mikhail Kutuzov, Hood, Loyang, Błyskawica), for the 25 top-referees, each month. (and tied to a charity on top of that). A guy on reddit won those ships with 3 friends reaching T6. 3... Come on WG-EU, step up your game! -
But free-er-der for NA, ASIA & RU players than for EU players, because requirements for missions... ARP Nachi anyone?

I was capping, in a BB... our Hiryu shot down 2 planes, and that was it (he survived the match) -
But... but... my 10x Type 59 camo's!?!?!? On a more serious note: thank you, nice gesture! (even though the issues weren't really in primetime, so those affected would have been limited).
