It's not in the Blueprints, those are ships we already have (Texas, Atlanta, Bretagne, Seattle). Maybe the waveform on the board against the wall, or the schematic above that? The books?

They said it on the forums. And that’s it. Nothing on the portal, WGC or an ingame pop up (which they otherwise love to use for pushing lootbox-commercials or new additions to the premium shop). People are asking repeatedly where their tokens are, because THEY DON’T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED. Or even worse: they buy lootboxes under the false impression they didn’t get enough points in the HOF. and that’s scummy, scammy and revolting. Not the waiting, but the (deliberate?) obscuring of information to the players as to what is happening.
