nonsense, US CL's are island hugging he shell lobbing radar ships, RN CL's are open water AP laser slinging, smoke puffing angle makers. they are so utterly different your comment makes no sense.

I play my RN CL's with a full suite of tier 2 utility skills, my Fiji Smoke is useful anytime as long as you know where the radars are, get beyond the range and set up in open water where you have some nice angles.

Lightning, always active in that ship, passive gameplay not allowed.

i've tried to illustrate that thought in my comments but you can also see early warning of potato when you take all the factors into account, see the yugumo i first mentioned and the akatsuki next door, neither have many games but taking all stats into account and despite the sub 50% w/r you can take a fairly safe wager on the akatsuki being a better player

you're not wrong and things like MM show far too few games in most cases, I'm cursed in some ships w/r wise, but you can see more than w/r, that 40% w/r guy with 60 games that has purple damage, kills and XP... It's a tool not a bible
