Sims is broken. Period. Hoovering outside 10km spamming small caliber HE isn't doing the trick at T7+. 5.5km torpedoes are useless at that tier unless you are lucky enough to get close range by accident. Let's not even start about the [edited]propulsion or rudder. If the enemy looks at them they break down so you sit there like a chump with your [edited] in hand waiting for the finishing volley.
