Totaly agree on this, but add that you hardly hit anything nor in close combat or at moving target at range abow 9 km, not even if you target the target ousite the screen it still hits behind the target. Also in Close combat you misses the target wide for some reason. Seriously this ship is a big joke.. Go for the Myokos insted that out shoot a Pensacola easy without using their Torpedos.
