I've unlocked up to tier 5 so far (Kongo for BB, Minekaze for DD). And I only really have two main issues and the first is with IJN destroyers. Their guns turn WAY too slow, 40 seconds for a 180 degree turn on the minekaze? If you looked at the USN equivalent, it's 12 seconds! Don't you think that's unfair? An American DD could have it's guns trained on an IJN DD whilst the other guy struggles to even get his guns to bear. The other issue is the MM adding huge amounts of one class to one team and the other team having none, I understand that may be due to lack of players, or a high tier spread, but it's still a little disheartening. Other than those issues i'm enjoying the game
