    just this sentence already is telling me that you acted way too late, and on the fact that sims is such an extremely agile ship is not quite as agile as you think when it comes to dodging torps ... the rudder shift time is good but the turning radius can be bigger than some ships which is what it matters because you shouldn't wait untill the torps hit the water to dodge

That way, They can still do Damage, but, It makes it less of a Instant Death Sentence to the ship Captain? I mean, The problem with Arty in WoT is that, From the other side of the map, You can get Super Slammed by someone who needs but do nothing but look at you and click, And you have no hope of Evading that shell, Once its fired, And its heading your way, Thats it, Youre as good as rek'd, The thing that had be Optimistic for carriers on this game, Was the fact you could Dodge the incoming, Maybe not so much Bombers, But, Torps yes. But, It feels like, To make it possible, Torps need to be launched a little bit further away from ships, Because the time your Rudder turns, And you begin to pitch to a side, That torp is already about to bore a bus sized hole in your hull ;). P.s Other than this, Loving the game Dudes + Dudettes!, Keep it up! jusrt one simple thing .... why do you wait to start turning when the torps hit the water ?     if there is something that can be gamebreaking or giving an advantage to specific people in certain situations regarding the map is not the player's fault for using it it's the map designer's fault for allowing it
  7. AA is very simplistic right now in the game ... if a plane is in range all guns that have enough range shoot at all times ... it doesn't take account of position and firing arc of the said guns
  8. let me add that a strike cv can still choose to just sink the enemy cv right at the start of the match

  10. i will agree on that. shooting down planes is not rewarding and spotting i don't think the game even counts that at the moment nothing to add to that
  11. the damage or the spread is not the problem the lack of a counter is, stop trying to nerf the damage damage is not all. those players right now testing hakuryu are destroying everything because there is absolutely no one to try to stop them
  12. while you might be inexperienced, and well useful fighters would be nice, you are also playing in a tier with little to no aa and only very rarely cruisers with the AA skill which makes things incredibly easier, after t6 every cruiser anywhere close to your target will screw with your attack forcing you to go for something else or try to bait out his skill at the cost a bait squadron which will end up doing no damage
  13. not quite, a bb player that knows what he's doing will be able to evade most torp attacks both from sea and sky and will be able to angle his armor effectively against enemy shells and will be able to constantly push the enemy line back a carrier player will strike and then be useless for the next 5 minutes
  14. i play pretty much everything i got 190 matches with carriers and about 300 for cas and another 300 for bbs with some 200 something i think for dds regardless ... you have 12k average damage with your houshou, do you honestly think that is OP ?
  15. wait wait wait since whe did i became i carrier only player ? carriers are the class i played the least. wat. multiple torps from multiple squadrons does not equal a full spread my point was that the spread is so big that you can't hit a full spread even on someone that is not even controlling the ship
  16. i am talking about the carriers currently in the game for all our common mortals i am not goin gto talk about the tested ones untill i get my hands on them. when your ship has the risk of running out of ammo and your shells get shot down on their way to the target then come back
  17. i still don't understand why you guys want a ship like a battleship the ability to dodge every single air-dropped torpedo when a carrier can strike 3 times per match doing 5k damage per torp with the fact that is actually impossible to hit a full spread with jap carriers even on an afk target, on top of the ability to regenerate a huge amount of health. Should we add an anti-shell energy shield too ?

  20. you should get to play them ... i'm guilty of raging at cvs myself when i started ... playing them made me a lot better at dodginf their stuff, knowing what your enemy can and can't do helps a lot
  21. you haven't even checked my games i actually have less games in CVs than anything else i have 1000 total matches with at least 200 games in each class of ship i have tried everything not only to know how to use them but also to know how to counter them. You didn't even put any kind of effort into trying to improve you choose instead to cry for a nerf it looks more to me that you are trying to get your toy to be invulnerable
  22. yet another torp bomber complain thread from someone who hasn't really touched CVs. We have a ratio of one per day that's pretty impressive

    if you keep fighters as a defence you are constantly fighting in your aa umbrella if he sends his fighters in a 2v1 against me in my aa all i need to do is focus my aa on one squadrons at a time and take them down. and you don't send bombers after a us carrier with fighters unless you are just a masochist

    you are forgetting that you are talking about t8 vs t9 you had a fairly easy life ... and the most useful thing is the panic spread not how many planes get killed it helps mitigating the damage ... on same tier the fighters help enough to save my [edited]
