    the fact they gave it only to certain people doesn't bother me at all but the few times i've seen one it barely impacted the game at all i have yet to see one doing good how come this was such a massively op ship that they took it out ?

    phoenix also says i'm really easy to hit ... also you are not going to use the phoenix the rest of your life mate ... at low tier you pretty much have ww1 era ships the difference between them is not as big as it is later in the game and that's exactly why you shouldn't say a whole line is crap just because you used the very first ship in that line for a couple of matches that is not even trying to learn the game you just touched a ship ignoring her strenghts too and then just decided all us dds are bad

    i didn't say use torps you genius i said shooting you don't shoot torps you launch them this just goes to show how much you know about the game the strongest feature of us DD lies in the fast firing guns

    are you kidding me ? us DDs are the ultimate Dd hunters and if you are good and know the game you can keep on shooting with your guns remaining undetected and with the current HE mecanics and damage they can put a lot of damage onto larger vessels just by using the guns

    firing he they would just do some minor damage to the superstructure if you want to cause so much damage to a yamato's superstructure using only he damage the the said battleship is incapable of fighting you will need a couple of weeks but you are missing completly my point ... this game IS NOT a simulator so each ship needs a way to put some damage onto others there shouldn't ever be a ship that is immune to anything

    to be accurate a cruiser shouldn't be able to sink a bb using only guns either let alone he but you can't have a ship just being immune to other ships ... even more so considering this is not a simulator

    by that logic my carrier should be able to put down another carrier with 2-3 bombs fromdive bombers or sink most of the ships in this game with no more than 5 torps and all this from such a huge distance you would never be able to open fire on my with guns ...

    it might work if they make the map a lot larger otherwise keep the map only for low tiers. also you won't see much teamwork in here simply because teamwork isn't rewarded while just doing stuff like camping on the edge of the map sniping people still rewards you more than protecting your allies since all that matters is damage done in a match regardless of how much you have actually been useful to your team

    oh yeah please show me what your tactically superior mind can do for my ranger when i am constantly spotted due to the low concealment and i have enemy cruisers spawning just 17km away from me and i do not have the speed to get far from them, not to mention getting far from one group of enemy means jumping straight into the other group of enemies

    spawning in tow groups is fine for everybody but slow ships and carriers ... they get left behind to fight against 3-4 enemy ships at a time without any support. Not to mention the map itself is rather small if you have a surface detectability of 13km + you are almost always spotted

    oh yeah we can get used to it and still be able to hit something but apart from it being frustrating the real problem lies in the fact that right now US CVs are more efficent at striking the enemy surface ships when using the balanced deck module or the bombing one considering they have the spread on tbs unchanged meaning they have more torps in the water and with a tigther spread and more durable planes, and that is supposed to be IJN CV's speciality since they have nearly useless fighters ... as it is right now i don't see a reason to pick a jap cv over a us one, apart form the fact that ijn ones look beautiful ... chosing between ijn cvs and us cvs is like chosing between having the chance of actually having fun or willingly chose to have a frustrating game, is quite the easy choice

    patch 0.3.1.3 patch notes: removed TBs from carriers, reasoning: players were still able to hit something with them every once in a while

    this change is not making jap CVs easy nor rewarding is just making them more frustrating

    it would help if you'd have a bigger spread with more torps in it currently it really doesn't a dd can fit between the torps sideways it's ridiculos they have a lot of space to manuver and dodge your torps and against cruisers just doesn't work because of the panic caused by their skill and as you said it's just a huge waste of torps but i guess it is in any case at this point
