Well considering you seem to be doing 5% better at tier 8 than at tier 10 - either solo or tryhard div - I find that hard to believe. In my opinion tier 10 is the fastest paced and most stressful gameplay. Tier 8 uptiered is probably worse, but then you get downtiered, too, whereas if you play tier 10, there are so many players that you're rarely clubbing unfortunate tier 8. This is a felt truth, would be interesting if there someone has hard data on that. But as I said, YMMV, if you don't mind getting uptiered and have fun at tier 8, I happily agree to disagree - I won't change my opinion on that one.

It's very simple, don't post objectionable things. Then I probably won't object. I even provided the links to where you can read stuff if you click on it. Unfortunately, for you, reading seems to be awfully hard - way harder than writing. Because your writing obviously doesn't require thought.

I play and love them both, but you can't really compare them. YMMV - I loathe being uptiered and I loathe seal clubbing.

The idea that you can have the better ship to crap on others is a key element of the game. I thought myself immune, because only playing tier 10 prevents me from being uptiered. But then, suddenly supershits, because no matter how bad a player you are, you can simply FUnbutton your opponent...

Yeah, and we also know how the planes will work - it will launch a single one that is joined by a squad already in the air. In reality it could launch three planes in 30 minutes, designed to attack the locks of the panama canal. Srsly. I can already feel this.

Playing Thunderer, I was flinging HE left and right, not really getting lucky with fires - but then AP worked like a charm. At some point a Kurfurst shot HE at me in return and I laughed at him. Turns out I was actually playing Shikishima.

Have you been around a few years ago, when the russian ships got invented, comrade? Or have you played world of tanks? They even implemented KV-1, a tank design with a turret that was so heavy it couldn't be turned if the tank wasn't on flat ground, 20 km/h top speed and more casualties through transmission failures than actual combat. There was a time when the only high tier non paper (or should I say "random scribblings on a madhouse toilet wall") ship was the trashkent - built in italy, because competence, and used as a troop carrier. Edit: It still is, but the german trees got inflated with even dumber ships, so there is that. Also Bismarck tier 8 and Yamato tier 10 doesn't add up. At some point after Smolensk and Petro someone at WG deceided that the blatant bias is only cool for russians and that all the other customers frown on that, so it has gotten a bit better. Also - I remember when Khabarovsk was quite the fun little cruiser for quite a while.

Friend of mine ate four shima torps in a turn, all off them hit exactly the same part of the ship - only the first did damage. Getting called a cheater was the least of it....

They can be launched like a CV fighter consumable and patrol a set area. And they can see (and attack?) ships (I'm guessing submersible scum?) spotted by friendly players. They will also pursue enemy planes (?!?) for a long time, dealing insignificant damage, but improving (ship based?) AA "effectiveness", so the damage gets distributed to the attacking plane instead of the rest of the squadron. They can't spot anything (see above) and get shot down by enemy AA. Also: ships with deck mounted derp charges, i.e. DDs: get some more. Did I get that right? @Seraphice

I loved that game. At some point I could reliably find the treasure with only 1/4th of a map... barely knew a word of english back then, everything was more guesstimating of what I had to do.

Also it doesn't get pinged - they have a much better damage control party than anyone else, loads of cheap hired help, ready with scrubber, sponge and a bucket of soapy water to remove the ping (srsly, not even asking how that even works because the whole mechanic it is entirely fantasy bovine excrement in the first place) It's a arcade game. Deal with it.
