So in essence, "I hate vitriol except for when I do it."

It's frustrating, yes. But then again, some people play more than one type of ship and maybe they haven't quite learned yet that they need to stay mobile. Do you play CVs? Frozen-CV syndrome is certainly far more frequent at tier 4 than at tier 8 in my experience.

Autoloss/Autowin by bad matchmaking - fix needed now.
Slargmann replied to G01ngToxicCommand0's topic in General Discussion
I frequently see teams being outmatched tremendously (to the tone of several T7 BBs vs only <T7 BBs) and I frequently see them win. It's not as big a problem as you make it out to be.- 56 replies

But then what would I have done with the rest of my words? Barring any acquisition through osmosis, words function on a basis of "use it or lose it". Basis for improving your skill should be watching how others do it until you're proficient enough to adapt and in turn improve on their style. Basically, you need to learn how to swim before you can learn how to swim really well. Begin with that, and success in the Myoko mission will come on its own. But if you still insist on finishing it now, do note that the second part is 300 fires which doesn't sound like a lot but unless you're really awesome at setting fires it's going to take you at least 60-80 games. Beginning to see the bigger picture? Bugging you the most when you're done is going to be the 1 000 000 damage you must do for the last part which given your average damage comes to around 50 matches.

I agree. When you're watching or participating in a game with a solo survivor against 2-4 opponents that are in various states of decay, the knowledge that there's a tiny chance of detonation does increase the tension.

Bear with me now. Because while at the face of it, when I tell you to "learn to play" it may come across as undiplomatic, nay, even perhaps offensively abrasive. But it is the essential gist of what you need to do. Basically, you are terrible at the game. Beginning the mission now, additionally, will naturally make it that much harder when you should've started already in the start of january. Belatedly, here's my real advice: Start watching youtube videos after taking some time to determine why your play is so terrible. Because really, there's no shortcut.

It doesn't have to be. You avoid detonation by using the relevant flag. Every time you noob out and get detonated you get 10 matches where you don't have to suffer it. If you don't waste them on random games you'll have plenty to spare for ranked. I currently have around 150 of them most of which is from events and missions rather than getting blown up.

There's another way to deal with it. Or actually two other ways: 1. Turn off chat. 2. Blacklist people who are being mongoloids. Unless I'm mistaken in assuming that also puts them on ignore.

The MM made me miss dozens of volleys against Konigsberg who was completely unable to hit anything in turn. It also forced my entire team to leave a flank wide open so I had to solo Omaha, Konigsberg and Kongo in my Murmansk. Do you ever have those days when you just seem to miss everything? You're aiming short but the shots still go wide? I think it's the MM deciding I'm too good. You dodge a virtual hail storm of shells from the completely inept opponents, but despite all this wizardry of defensive maneuvering you still can't take advantage of it because your shots also miss? I think WG is secretly forcing me to miss.

Two? I'm not the one acting like an internet tough guy and threatening bodily harm to other users.

May I posit an alternative explanation: You suck. Edit: At least at observation.

Realize that the Furutaka represents a pretty big shift in play style from previous cruisers and forgive them their obvious difficulty in making the transition? As to the thread starter: [edited]. Someone said something mean on the internet and now you've got PTSD? Maybe your local community has some sort of free class you can take in handling adversity?

rumor: BFT and AFT nerfs are comming with 0.5.3

Well, if true, this will pretty royally screw the Atlanta. It's a fun ship for its quirks, but AFT is basically the only thing that makes it semi-competitive. -
I think this is the first time I've seen you post anything resembling rational. Well done. #justsaynotoclickers

My second complaint is about your limited appreciation of true humour. My third complaint is about your mistaken presumption that mastery of obscure memetics correlates to time spent on "the internet".
-
My first complaint is about your assertion that you have made "over 9000 [...] threads". It seems unlikely (though not impossible) that you have made so many threads not least taking into account your post count. I guess more to the point, my complaint is that we are not given sufficient information to fully evaluate your claim. It is a poor claim.

Secondary batteries even when maxed are a joke, completely useless

Secondary batteries even when maxed are a joke, completely useless
Slargmann replied to Fritzblitzer's topic in General Discussion
I love the idea of secondaries but the implementation is just awful. AP shells are nearly useless and no matter the amount of upgrading and flag waving you do it seems they're only rarely of any use. Frankly, I'd prefer to not see them shooting since they're just distracting in their current state. -

I know. I was protesting your tangent about what constitutes a "good player" which was not germane to this particular part of the discussion. Granted, since that's where the thread started I suppose you can be given some leeway.

Regardless, it's still not necessary to be diplomatic. When unmodified, the domestic sus suidae typically does not have the aerodynamic properties to achieve unassisted flight, and regardless of how emphatically you argue [or "troll"] to the contrary there is no necessity in being polite or discrete in letting you know you're in fact wrong.
