Not at all Daring has fantastic guns. Take IFHE. Their AP is really good as well, when used correctly.

The salt in this topic is entertaining and ive just whizzed through it all; My 2 Cents (RB and CB): Stalin is not op by any means at all, the same as every other ship in the game it has pros and cons and like every other ship in the game you play, you use both those pros and cons to win the engagement, the only reason people cry so hard about it being so 'op' is most likely down to your playstyle and your errors (and that happens in every ship not just stalin) and probably alot to do with the facts that 90% of people only care about damage, not objectives, teamplay or counterplay, and if that is your mentality there is no one in this game that can help you as you simply will not listen or adapt based on the circumstances you face in game and therefore learn nothing and improve nothing. And its as simple as that.

I stopped at the point where you said; I have a T-50-2 in my garage aswell but ive not played the game actively since before the CBT of World of Warships. That proves absolutely nothing other than your account is so many years old.

Coming from a CBT player, CV's should never have been in the game from the start, there is no way you can balance them, no matter what you change etc you simply cant do it, why do you think they won the sea war in rl? There is simply no middle ground or balance for them, you start nerfing to make them not as op, you then need to buff them again because its its unfair on CV's players in general with an under perfroming class. Changing the gameplay of them solves nothing.

Its not unbalanced, From what ive seen at all. Its strong like any other ship when played to its strengths, and it plays similar to moskva but closer to Kronshtadt. The reason it probably seems like its 'op' is probably because the playerbase as a whole does not have much in the way of common sense so any capable player with one will punish you for stupid errors you make and generally its capable decent players that will own one, so ofc it seems that way.

Thanks for the correction, i knew it was either becasue it was op or just garbage just couldnt remember which one. And yes i agree the gameplay change is good but they need to tweak it down damage wise for balance, i mean when you can torp drop 3x with 1 squad doing about 7k -10k each drop its retarded (something like that atleast) i am glad they done away with the AA change though that was just pure crap and never needed a change, People dont have time in the game to have to choose a side of the ship for AA to prioritise imo.

Was a permium shop ship when it was released, which i also didnt buy at the time, but was removed quite quickly due to how op it is, and due to the CV rework, she'll probably reappear once all that is sorted. Which im not even sure is going to be a positive change as seeing the rework CV's are doing far too much damage for how quickly they can deal it.

I like her, then again i like anything British, shes like a higher tier Warspite from back in the day.
