Hi guys, Just a quick one incase someone has experienced this problem before, ive never had a problem but as of literally 3 days ago whenever ive been in a battle my game has black screened forcing me to force a restart of my pc just so i can close the game down, it has been absolutely fine up until 2-3 days ago and nothing on my end has changed at all. Its frustrating as hell as all ive been trying to play is ranked and its happened during ranked games which is not fair on my team and its dam annoying for myself. Originally i thought it was my D Drive Hard drive as its an old drive, so i moved the game to my main C drive, i thought that would of solved the issue, but it hasnt its happening again. I have no idea what has caused this as literally nothing on my PC has changed AT all. Has anyone experienced this before? I know a last resort is a reinstal or repair of the game but i dont understand what would have caused my game to suddenly be unplayble.

So no played 3 normal games no issue jump into ranked issue. I think i am noticing a pattern though. For the 3 normal games i didnt have spotify open, and for the ranked game i did. So i dont know if its possible that spotify is the problem.

I hope so aswell however seeing the video play 1 torp drop was hitting the yama for 20k bare in mine 1 squad had 12 planes thats 4x20k damage, before even needing to rearm, i hope they will balance the damage dealt because in all of those scenarios they showcased the aircraft was mostly untouched.

So to update, it seems to be ok (fingers crossed atm). I reinstalled the game completely and the WGC, and i have updated my drivers to the latest. I have no idea why it suddenly broke for me since nothing had even changed on my pc was abit random. Im hoping now its back to normal, hopefully it stays but well who knows. Thanks for your suggestion and if anyone has the same issue your welcome to revert back here for possibly solutions from your fellow captains.

No other games have issues only World of Warships, i jumped on World of Tanks early to test it out and that ran fine, ive been playing Fallout 4 Recently with about 80 mods on pretty much max perfectly fine aswell. I use to have temp tests but i updated to windows 10 a few months back and havent since installed any, however i have installed the one suggested earlyer, and so far the temps are perfectly fine across the board, i have also repaired World of Warships through the Game Centre and that was ok. Just seems weird to me that the game has ran perfectly fine up to about 3 days ago where i have started gettting this issue, nothing has changed on my PC, for months (other than me moving from D to C cause i thought it was the hard drive as my D drive is extremly old now), and its always ran on max fine. Im not the most tech savy person. Suppose i may have to fresh install and see if that solves it as i have no idea what else could be an issue.

Im currenty on 398.82 driver version and its been fine, i have tried updating to 399.07 but apparently the GeForce Experience is failing to download it at the moment so ill have to try another time or download manually. I'll need to have a look tomorrow possibly as i need to sleep, its just shocking to me that suddenly its doing it. As its been perfectly fine.

Wouldnt bother me so much if the teams were balanced, like idk if i have 4 radars on the other team i want 4 on mine, 4 vs 2 in my game earlyer literally pointless, it with the constant cycle radar you then get hit by a BB ap round that takes half your hp...

It is so bad i mean ive never hit rank 1 in any ranked seasons because i simply dont have the time, but tier x for literally the entire season is just garbage it is sooo unbalanced, i mean i got out of a game just now with literally 2 Des Moines a Worscester and a radar mino all on the other team, we had 2 des moines thats all, literally 1 radar after the other in a dd, cant do a [edited]thing and because of the added camping meta you cant even get into a decent position to do anything about it and you cant cap because radar just gets cycled (/sarcasm through everything) On top of that you then get the odd CV's games which is pure broken as we all know, the worst class in the game in terms of fine tuning. I dont think WG even monitor the balance at all, because this was obviously not thought through properly. Worst season ive ever seen WG, ./Slow Clap. Your losing alot of respect from your player base with the constant crap like this.

The worst ranked season ive played so far. This meta at tier x is just plain bad, its even worse when mm descides 1 team needs and advantage and throws 4 radar CA's on it, perhaps WG you should see game balance before you pick such a crap tier for literally HALF the ranked. Its pure cancer....

To be fair probably a good thing for your sanity, most tier x play atm is stale, boring, and cancerous.

Well this is going to be a fun seasons ./sarcasm. Tier X is bad enough in randoms with the camping/radar meta game let alone in ranked play. I miss the seasons at tier 7 , tier X in ranked is just a stupid idea.

They should of addressed CV's in general years ago, they have been a flawed or broken class since the game was even developed, i just dont understand why its taken them so long to 'fix' them or make any effort towards doing so (thats even IF they fix them). Dont get me wrong i would like to see CV's stay im not a CV hater at all but they need some serious work. And i agree some of the spawn are ridiculous.

I think the class should be dropped out of the game if im honest they have far too much influence over matches, I mean please explain to me for example a yama at tier x is suppose to survive an attack in the first 2mins when its spawned so far from any allies it cant even get any aa help at all, because it cant even reach them. I suppose we shall see what they plan but the class right now is an utter mess. Don't get me wrong it be nice to have them in the game but properly balanced into the game, but they just are not right now, plus playing them is boring too the ui is horrible, the actual flight controls are horrible. Its jus a shame its taken WG years to even consider rebuilding them, and that's if they get anywhere with it, I mean I think they are beyond help at this point and should of been addressed years ago.

So currently when radar is used anything within that range is lit up like a christmas tree for everyone to see and shoot at, through islands or in the open. DD's do not have the hp to withstand a barrage from everyone on the other team due to radar and they cant recover that hp either, i dont mind playing around radar but with 20 min games and cycle radar sometimes you spend most of that time doing very little because you simply cant, which makes for boring gameplay. My Opinions: So with the fact this is an arcade game i wont go into too much realism, some simple things could make the radar meta more fun and bearable to play. Ofcourse these are simply my opinions. Radar is seen by the radar user only. Unless allies are in that radar range too. You can communicate ping locations for your team on the map like you can already. (No spam please) Instead of allowing radar to light up ships physically, it should map ping you (as shown in an early reply) like it does in RL. Ofcourse unless they sail into detection range then they would be spotted anyway like normal. And if the second point would defeat the purpose of it then simply just use the first point. That way it still area denies which is what its for but give DD's more chance of getting away instead of being deleted by everyone. Those are my 2 basic opinions. With the above being said, this would still make radar useful and viable but also still adds a degree of skill and communication while at the same time doesnt hard counter DD's to the point they can get deleted in about 2 seconds asoon as radar is used. Now its nearly 5am so be nice, these are just my opinions.

Just be more careful with positioning when you have her as she is quite a long ship compared to atlanta and ofc as been said, no torps.

Not being funny but if your losing that much with a Missouri then i dont think you play it correctly, because that is an ridiculous amount of losses. The common factor in all those games is you.

Right so im just going to be blunt here. WoT got a client/engine update literally yesterday/today right.... the game runs smooth, the game looks good, the load times are so short, theres no stuttering, no lag, no fps drops, nothing. Runs absolutely fine on any settings. This game has been around for a few years now and i cant even enjoy it these days as most of the time i spend having to force close or dealing with the above problems, day in and day out. Isnt it about time you optimize your own client because this game on a day to day basis runs like absolute garbage, it doesnt matter what us the players do to try and rectify it its the same because its the client/engine thats the issue, you cant possibly sit and say its our pc's or our internet all the time. I get FPS drops, i get Random Freezes, i get FAIL loads (these have been a problem since BETA) so i have to force myself to quit and relog which is slow anyways because the client is so slow, my port fails to load, i get serious errors out of the blue, etc and it goes on and on i mean for godsake i just had to force leave a game because my screen would BLACK screen everytime i go into snipe mode and zoomed it, its terrible. The game runs so bad, i could run this on max, medium, low, modded or unmodded it doesnt matter which settings or what the game just runs BAD period. So when are you going to optimize this client? Because it really really really needs it, its not an enjoyable experience having to deal with this garbage on a daily basis. and im not alone alone. If it was rare once in a blue moon problems i could understand that im a realistic person, but day to day? Everyday? All day? Seriously....

Great bunch of lads, all are friendly and welcoming, invited me onto discord, were friendly and inviting and accepted me into the clan after playing quite a few games, which were all a blast. Feel like ive found my new WoWS Family.

Add me to the list, so ive had the same system ever since this game was live and ive never experienced this unplayability before. Whats more annoying is apparently this was hotfixed recently however tonight ive played 3 games total and on the 3rd game pretty much constant fps would drop to 1. So i highly doubt this has been hotfixed. It would be nice to play a game i enjoy with no issues but this game performance wise gets worse and worse and worse every patch. I think they need to start looking at sorting out there client i mean its bad enough that some games take an age to load in, and now these crazy performance drops for literally no reason at all.
