The skills are, except for fearless brawler and some utter useless skills like expert loader (seriously? on a DD) OK. The problem is imho you cant diversify at all. either go full gunboat, or go full torpboat. That leaves you with pretty much 2 builds. Thats it. So, besides being a scam and an XP sink, Cap Rework didnt diversify at all. WG, as usual, failed at their "stated goal" but got the monetization right.

After a long time I took leggy-Moskva for a spin today. It copes quite well with the deadeye-meta!

Maybe A-Hull since it is a weirdbird: A-Hull has better Concealment then B-Hull but only triplets launcher-wise.

Ashitaka is Amagi A-Hull which was removed a long time ago due to being sh1t... iirc it came with worse shells, too (shells were part of the hull-upgrade on some ships) So WG made a T7 Premium out of it... but still this ship is somewhat insane at that tier. It cant tank, its lowest concealment is at horrendous 14km... but the guns... Its a dev-strike machine like Norca at T8.

Its not a good one. ;) For me the best t7 BBs are Sinop (rather boring but OP AF) and *drumroll* Ashitaka which seems to have uncanny precise rifles even pre-deadeye.

Cappuchino is slowly growing on me... maybe Im a masochist? Ironically its #1 Dmg-wise of all my T7 BBs yet the impact on the outcome is marginal. Thats mostly bcs I ignore DDs.... shooting at a DD seems such a waste given the poor dispersion and long reload. AP-Overpens are also quite problematic: I cought a Ryujo at 6km range slighly angeld and the first two AP saloves were complete overpens. Every other BB would have just devstruck that CVin the first salvo. Makes me whish Sansonetti´s Expert Loader is as good as Halsey.

Den damaligen 1v1 Sprint fand ich großartig. Aber bei den Keilereien hab ich nach 10 Gefechten aufgehört. Es war ja so ganz launig (Terrible goes Brrrrrrrrrr), aber der Spaß wie bei Ranked kam nicht auf. Für mich liegt das an Folgendem: 1. Massive Überfrachtung von Events: Keilerei, Ranked, Clanwars und die neuen ITA BBs will man ja auch noch testen. 2. Rewards sind sehr mager im Vergleich zu dem Rest aus (1). 3. Der Modus schreit geradezu nach einer Art Ranking (im damaligen Sprint gabs ja zumindest R1 zu erreichen), ist aber nicht vorhanden. Folglich geht es um nichts. 4. Der Ausgang der Gefechte ist fast immer klar (gleicher Skill vorausgesetzt) : CV > FR-DD > DD > BB > CA/CL. 5. Für das alte Ranked hab ich mir speziell einen Captain zusammengebastelt, aber wer hat heute noch Cap-XP für einen respecc? Das nervt! Btw. F´ck the Cap-Rework!

Besides broken OP CVs, Terrible and Fantasque ARE the only suitable ships.

I know, but with this comparison I hit 2 birds with one rock (i.e. Sinop still being too strong and Cara being a sh1tty design (few guns, long reload bad dispersion is a terrible mix)).
