T9-T10 arent overperforming because they are overpowered. They are overperforming because of sealclubbing and newbie clubbing(premium ships). T9 and T10 carriers are supposed to be really powerfull.

its pretty normal for CVs to have higher average damage than others. Its a target matter Battleships--->Battleships,Cruisers Cruisers---->Cruisers, Destroyers Destroyers---->Battleships, Destroyers Carriers---->Battleships If you are targetting other class than what i wrote thats just your choice. A cruiser for example shouldnt target a battleship unless the battleship is the only one cruiser can target You can compare the ships in same class but diffrent tier about average damage. Its normal for a tier 5 to do less damage than a tier 6. But comparing classes like that isnt logical

I will reinstall the game at the end of this month. I think FPS problem is caused by unimportant files staying in game files. IF my theory is right i will open a thread about it in this forum. But i ahve to wait for at the end of this month because my ISP would freak out. If anyone has fast internet with no limit on it with problems do please try this. I %99.9999 think that FPs problems and long loading times are caused by game having too much unimportant files. WoT if you download it makes a cleaning after every patch to fix this problem

well easier to hit moving targets maybe but those guns arent important unles your target is low health.

uhm i would like to inform you about one thing. I get 20-30 FPS right now with lowest possible settings I used to get 50-71 FPS but after every patch my FPS went down

nah. Thats not how you implement such system. This system would break the battles. If you didnt know until now buildings have to be done by a planning and adding the natural factors in it. So no this system would not work. Nothing you suggest can fix the problems we said. I dont know why you are defending this so much it will never get implemented in to game.
