they changed the arcs to fire or they buffed the range while not buffing shell velocity. Yes i do also remember the USNDDs firing with a higher arc after an update

Well i bought molotov and even though i m not good at cruisers(murmansk would disagree) i did some pretty good job on it. Japanese cruisers used to suck because of CV superiority. When they fix CVs(take it as good or bad) the state of these ships will be clearer. Kartoffelmos summerised it up basically.

Not a bad idea. But it would be horrible for anything other than DD. Also how do you "miss" torp planes in any kind of ship? They can be seen kilometers away. Dont tunnel vision in this game you will get hurt a lot

There is always plunging fire. Yes you can citadel them with plunging fire or fire HE at them since BBs have the highest fire chance with highest HE damage

I would compare the best players by average experience on both ships that have at least 100 battles. But budyonny doesnt have enough to compare really. I do admit it needs a little tweak %73 to %68 doesnt look very good but again cleveland's stats(even top %5) is from release day till now. So unless one of us can find last month's stats there is no reason to argue Easier to play ship will always have higher average stats and similar top %5 stats to others.

I didnt play budyonny but top %5 says that there isnt much diffrence between the ships except one gets more win rate. I would say give it more time or find stats that covers a month or so Well AA weighted cruisers are called CAA so yeah it does make light cruisers with more AA lighter. Also yes cruisers that have more AA than others are lighter in comparison and are expected to do less damage. How are you going to explain Zao vs Des Moines? Both considered as heavy cruiser due to gun calibre limitation but i doubt anyone would say des moines is a "heavier" heavy cruiser. You should know better. Ships arent just specified as light heavy etc.

But that doesnt lock it all up. This is a game you cant just classify them and compare them according to that. Calling budyonny light cruiser would mean you arent giving enough credit to its diffrences. Slightly better armour Slightly better artillerity Worse AA And dont forget the torps(yes i know atlantaCAA also has torps)

But those stats cant be trusted because it says 1.4M games on langley. I made this mistake too when i was comparing other ships. So if you cant come up with a stat graph that shows the last 1 or 2 month no point talking here

Well definetly the one with more AA I didnt read that because free trial and stuff. For you to be able to call cleveland and budyonny light cruiser they both have to be at same level by all means. Since cleveland is superior at AA and budyonny is better at artillerity(48 to 52 according to wows stats website) and have torpedoes while cleveland has non i would say cleveland is more of a CL than budyonny

Nope While both ships have same calibre weapon Budyonny is slightly more armoured than cleveland and compared to cleveland's AA rating(49) budyonny has worse AA(21)

This is a horrible mode for game right now. This isnt wot where they ran out of ideas. CV-would be useless primary target DD-would be useless as it cant rack up damage CA-BB-the ones who benefit this mode most.

Well if i dont remember it wrong after every patch the graph settings change. But even after that the game itself is in big sea of dump that it gets slower each patch
