I didnt say shimakaze shouldnt have been nerfed. I m saying that they didnt compansate. Of course shima is the most played tier X DD. Do you really think afterall those people got shima they will just suddenly abondon it? The problem was that artillerity was random, one shotting problem. I dont trust WG's devs. As i said before after 6 years they admitted their mistake on artillerity. They also have a lot of statistics. I dont want to wait 6 years till devs realise they ducked up. And again HE WASNT AT LONG RANGE. What kind of maniac would fire torps at 8 km to a DD and expect it to hit?

Hah 5k battles to know this game? You can play 100k and never know whats going on. You want DDs to spot enemies? Maybe dont camp back with BBs and actually help your DD no? Okay then no spotting for you. Also those 5k battles surely have showed you the way an average CA/BB captain behaviour. That was sarcasm if you didnt notice. Dont tell me you had 5k sarcasms before aswell

1-I never see myself as a decent player above average is enough 2-I dont think people are fine with it considering how much the battles done in these ships have dropped 3-You are balancing the game on player factor. Just because someone can do it doesnt mean the average will be able to do it. 4-They also said 2 years ago that artillerity in WoT is fine and people should just deal with it. See how tides have turned. They changed it completly due to torpedo spam. If they didnt change it due to torpedo spam name one other change done to shimakaze to make it competetive. Reminder: It can be nerf or buff and it must be approved by me as an actual reason 5-again unless you have proof of that it doesnt mean anything. I cna also say that a decent mahan player would wreck the face off of a decent kagero player

Well except the cap award the game doesnt award you for any of the things you listed. So yeah.... You do know spotting the enemy DD isnt going to do jack stuff if your TEAM lets them right? Oh i forgot you dont know these things.... I hope you know those stats from "third part sites" are the stats at wows player stats. So yeah a third party websites that ses the information WG gives them is the most clear information..... Also yes your claim is made up. Just because you used words to express your claim does not mean they are right. It was related to you hiding your stats. Do you really think a player can have not biased opinion if he has %25 win rate? nope. This is why stats do matter. Lets say you suck at IJNCVs(%30 win rate 300 average exp 3k average damage). -Pre CV nerf- Then you open a topic about how IJNCVs suck and requires a buff while ignoring you sck at this ship. Do you now understand why stats do matter at some occasions? WG has acces to all data but they dont use it much. Players at WoT have been complaining abot artillerity. The ones who use it and the ones victim of it. Till now they kept saying "git gud skrub" "arty is fine" "arty is balanced" Now they are sucking those up and trying to rebalance arty. I dont want IJNDDs to be the artillerity of WoWs. I dont want these ships to be wasted for years until developers realise they made a mistake. They said before that they dont like the way IJNDDs are implemented(true) and they dont want to give DDs more torpedo spam. Which is fine. But when you are taking something from a ship you have to give something in order for it to be balanced. This is going to end with community abondoning high tier IJNDDs to good players which would mean devs pulling a CV-like issue again* or community playing the ships until devs realise that there is something wrong which could take 5-6 years considering WoT artillerity *You probably remember but it would be good to rephrase it. CVs werent populated as much as other ships. So Devs buffed them too much that CVs started doing a load of damage breaking the game. Then they nerfed the CVs hard and dont know how to deal with it. You cant say that IJNDD line is stealth type with good torpedoes and then give gearing to USNDD line. Honestly gearing is a better stealthy japanese destroyer than shimakaze is. The problem here is that they start with type 1(stealthy torpedo boat) on IJNDD line and then proceed to some weird configuration of gun boat and torpedo boat while ignoring stealth. It would be as if IJNBB line started with heavily armoured and heavily armed ships and then ending up with Zao.(which you probably dont know but at one point yamato had 65mm turret armour)

Just wanted to show my appreciation about how they implemented base cap and its reward I was in a battle with my mutsuki where i capped 3 diffrent bases and killed a cruiser. Due to my bravery we won and i received 2k experience. This might not sound too much to you but it is important to me. It means that base capture does matter now. You know thats just a claim right? Show me proof of a decent kagero player beating a decent mahan player. Because statistics are not in your favour.... YOU CANT USE PLAYER FACTOR TO BALANCE THE GAME. How is your thick skull not getting this? Oh right thick skull..... Let me summerise how this sounds to you *before the CV nerf* If someone is capable of dodging torps of a terrible CV player YOU CAN TOO!!! See how dull that sounds? People complained about shimakaze spamming torps. Why didnt WG just tell them "see that guy over there? The one in milion? See he dodged those torpedoes YOU CAN DO IT TOO!"? Ship being capable of defeating a terrible player in the hands of a good player doesnt mean jack stuff

BUT YOU CANT HIDE BEHIND THE PLAYER FACTOR Because then no ship in game is UP or OP they should buff the CVs to their old damage hungry days why? Because some dude out there was capable of dodging torps. NO. We are talking about average players of these both ships and/or decent players of these ships. Seriously have you never dicussed something before? Ships are all modelled in same ratio, perspective during battle could trick you nevertheless ships arent at diffrent size ratios. It was %13 or something like that.

Base exp---->the exp game shows you have won in team score screen The End There is no other base exp that people talk about. Even statistics websites cant take any other "base exp" but the one at team score screen. So stop talking nonsense. Premium camo etc doesnt add to your exp. The problem you are talking about happend in the CBT and even by then it was just an isse at player statistics and not a concern with in game team score. So would you kindly take your obsolete arguement somewhere else? Edit:Just FYI In this battle i had %50+ exp flag and %50+ exp camo thats in modifiers. You can see 2200 exp(base exp) and 3350 exp(premium account) . Now you understand ?

Bow 0.9X damage middle ship with torpedo buldge at best 0.45X damage Its not supposed to be paper for rock. Paper directly counters rock USNDD doesnt directly counter IJNDD. I m not talking about players. Will yo stop that nonsense already? If we consider player skills NOTHING is OP or UP. Considering players when we are talking about balance is just an excuse. Why did they nerf the CVs 9 months ago then? CVs were OP? But according to your arguement its good player bad player situation RIGHT?
