IJNDD line starts from tier 2 ends with tier 10 not tier 8 to tier 10. So T8-9-10 should be fit into IJNDD line. Fubuki only needs speed buff kagero needs speed buff and maybe reload time buff shima needs concealment buff

Well we have to stick to the what devs said. So i would say IJNDDs should be competetive at gun fights(some ships arent) but not enough to exceed USNDD. IJNDDs must have better concealment than other DDs. Delete the skill and upgrade about concealment. It isnt fair towards the guy who didnt get the skill. Every destroyer must be able to hold their stuff during a gun fight one way or another. IJNDDs are hunter destroyers, USNDDs are light destroyers and SNDDs are medium. maybe KMDDs can be heavy destroyers and RNDDs could be anti aircraft destroyers But most important of all each nation's DD should be competent at gun fight. Maybe USNDDs strong at close rage(like right now) and SNDDs are strong at long rage(?) etc. Maybe IJNDDs can use their concealment to tehir advantage during a gun fight. There is so much they can do with little bit of changes between nations

What? The old torpedoes had 2.5km detectability range. The new ones have the same detectability(stock torps) so if you take the captain skill it will be 16km torps with 67 knots. So no the long range torp spammers arent defeated. 400 meters of better concealment wouldnt make shimakaze OP. It would make the ship a little better. The issue here isnt gearing chasing shima. The issue here is cruisers. Shima should follow the IJNDD line and have a better concealment. Although now looking back at it the second torps doesnt look too bad i still think the concealment buff is needed Close to release or so. I cant exactly remember it was around september i guess. Shimakaze already had 67 knot torpedoes with 20km. Making it 62 knots and 20km means players now has 16km range with 67 knot torpedo. And if i m not wrong those long range "slower" torpedoes have closer detection range. Which basically means WG secretly buffed shimakaze without realising. "now you cant do that" well only 4 km shorter range doesnt mean you cant do it. Above 12km torpedoes are useless already so why dont they cut the range to 12km give it a nice speed and buff the concealment shima has(7.6 to 7.2) so it can be a true IJNDD what do you say?
