    uhm are you aware of what you said? torps dont do insane damage with new patch they are armed like that since the start of CBT a shimakaze can take a yamato down if we consider each torp does 15k(normally 20k-23k) a shimakaze with luck will need 6 torps to sink a yamato torps had this power from the start nothing changed

    i dont know about you but this is new type of game just like wot when it came out there was no other game that could give people this kind of action if you think this is slow then i m guessing you will not be looking forward to play WT naval aswell "it wont be popular as wowp"

    i pressed Z to watch them hit and after the one you are watching hits the guy you lose the vision so there was no time for me to press print screen hatasuharu has 17k something at its torps 5 torpedo hits to a BB with bad torpedo protection seems like over kill to me this guy had 25k something health i am not joking here new york class battleship has 49100 HP at most if those torps would each do 5k it would be enough to kill him but instead he takes 12k damage from first one and from 3 torps combined 126 damage the last one does 13k and he is dead

    your range is in a circle not a square you probably forget about taht "under the rod" thing and dont engage enemies at max range be sure where you are aiming and where the enemy is going will be in your range

    how the hell am i supposed to take ss at that moment i pressed Z i saw them hit and damage thing appearing i would take a ss of the post screen with his health etc but my internet today the whole day kept trolling me because my modem couldnt detect the god damn IP addres so there is only my words i did not fire at him with my guns 5 torpedo hits to a ship that has at most 49100 health seems like impossible already why question 126 damage that 3 torpedo did

    uhm guys what is wrong with torps in this update? i fired 6 torpedoes to a new york class BB he had 25k something health 5 of my torps hit him 3 did 126 damage while 2 did 13k something i m not kidding 126 damage 3 torpedoes combined 126 damage and the other 2 did 25k damage what the hell?

    this patch is weird i saw people claim USN CVs are worse than IJN CVs, i saw people claim that they cant penetrate enough to do damage, i saw people claim 1 shot kills increased WHAT IS GOING ON

    wows have a diffrent play compared to wot. Why? well tahts because tanks and ships are not the same an angled tank might not be penetrated but a ship turns to you or turns away from you can still be hit from citadel. Hard but possible. Also i m guessing high elevation guns have better chance penetrating enemy ship from a long distance if you hit enemy from deck so you see there is a diffrent mechanism here just because they used the same parts doesnt mean it cant work diffrently some guy i saw before said after this patch i did 15k damage with HE and 16k fire damage to an american BB
  21. i m guessing some people dont know that islands tend to have shallow parts you know not like every island have deep parts all around it that doesnt look like a bug but the part that you got stuck might be a bug

    0.3.1 update - First Impressions

    overpen? Game Balance Changes General Now plating and construction steel are also treated as armor for the purpose of shell ballistics calculation. Arming threshold has been raised for AP shells. Penetration threshold has been lowered for HE shells. Damage from HE shells has been reassessed and penetrating hit damage has been increased. Ship combat capability will no more be decreased because of close HE shell explosions; these explosions will only damage affected ship modules. Torpedoes' visibility from the air has been reduced. Both reloading time and action time of the Damage Control Party consumable has been increased for battleships. The action time of Damage Control Party will be 20 seconds for US battleships, 10 seconds for Japanese battleships, and 15 seconds for Warspite, Tier VI British Battleship. Patrol area dimensions have been increased for catapult-launched reconnaissance aircraft. The Repair Party consumable will become available on Tier IX and X heavy cruisers. Damage from HE bombs has been increased. Reload time of all 610 mm torpedo tubes has been decreased. Damage to the main battery turrets has been decreased. The ship mobility system has been improved. Now turning circle radius and dynamics are more dependent on the displacement, engine power, and the linear dimensions and proportions. With the addition of many new ships with different armor structures, there were a lot of issues reported regarding incorrect armor statistics displayed in Port. The Armor UI was temporarily removed and we will bring it back after reworking. Individual Ships The main battery firing rate has been increased for Yamato. Smoke Generator and the Smoke Charge consumable have been added for Kitakami. The main battery rate of fire has been increased for Baltimore. Mogami and Myoko have swapped places in Japan's Tech Tree. Now Mogami is now Tier VIII while Myoko is Tier VII. Both main battery firing rate and combat capability have been increased for Zao. Main caliber turrets rotation speed has been reduced for Fuso and Kongo. AA armament has been weakened for the top hull of Fuso. AA armament has been weakened for the top hull of Kongo. Accuracy of 140 mm secondary battery guns has been reduced for Nagato. Warspite, Tier VI British Premium battleship, now features improved accuracy of secondary battery and main battery accuracy at short range. She also has higher efficiency of the Repair Party consumable. Accuracy of 140 mm secondary battery guns has been reduced for Amagi. Changed the efficiency of Warspite's repair crew, it is now 10% more effective compared to 0.3.0 Edit: Also Team kill Penalty System For any actions against allies (damage to and / or destruction of the allied ship) a penalty is imposed on a player at the end of the battle in the form of decreased amount of experience and credits. A team kill rating is opened for such player. When the Player's Rating reaches a certain value, the Team killer status is activated for the Player. From this moment an equal or increased amount of the damage the player caused to allies is deducted from the ship's combat capability. The higher the rating, the greater the damage multiplier is. The team kill rating is reduced when the player damages and destroys enemy ships. The team kill rating will decrease slightly at the end of the battle if the player takes no hostile actions against allies during the battle. When the team kill Rating becomes low enough, the Team killer status is removed. When calculating the team kill rating, the type of armament used is also taken into account. The team kill rating can be reduced by causing damage to enemies with a certain armament type; however, this reduction will only affect the rating for damage caused to allies with the same type of armament. The players with team killer status are not banned. They are only marked in a certain way.

    torpedo damage didnt get buffed they fixed the armour thing for everyship so that might be the reason also high tier destroyers have 20k something damage so yeah
