    it actually is the start of OBT see there is no sign of that at WGEU website but i m pretty sure they mentioned about OBT launch being at 30th.
  2. Before 0.4.0 destroyers would take hit but not always get engine damage or module damage. But now since they brought in a lot of skills about repair cooldown and that crit thing at 4th skill. They had to make them valuable. Why would DD players get that kind of thing if they wouldnt need it much. So they nerfed all light ships. This might not be a direct nerf as they could just buff HE. Which i think they buffed HE. WG always does this. Hidden stat changes.

    You need to understand that BBs are not pure RNG ships. Battleships do not have problem. I seriously had enough with this crap already. You are an obvious fanboy. If you think you know anything about game balance just leave. Because you need serious help. There is nothing wrong with RNG. There is lucky people and unlucky people out there. Why dont you get out of your home and scream at people because they are lucky. If you cant deal with RNG in game how can you deal with RNG in real life? So leave this discussion already you are making a fool of yourself. You are a pure battleship fanboy.

    you are wrong there. As i said before everyone can fire and hit teh target right? Its not hard to aim. But if you remove the RNG factor they will have laser accuracy and therefore everyone will be able to citadel people. Your way doesnt solve it either. Because trying to "fix" a balanced stuff makes NO SENSE yes that was a sarcastic move there because you just dont get it. The "solution" you give us for the "unbalanced" style of BBs makes everyone be able to hit citadels all day long. And what did i say about fuso being able to oneshot yamato? Seriously guys there is no logic in trying to rebalance something that already is balanced. Quit whining. BB gameplay needed a tweaking which they did. Now there is no problem with it so go back to your cave More about battleships… Actually, more about AP shells: Armour plating penetration margin has been decreased from 20 caliber to 14.3. What does it mean? What kind of problems will we be able to resolve with this fix? As you may already know, 031 update redesigned the mechanics of armour. This caused a sharp increase in the armour value and significantly increased the number of ricochets for AP shells. In the last update, we changed the angle of the guaranteed ricochet slightly – after that change AP shells effectiveness increased. But we think that there’s more to do. The less than desirable effectiveness of the AP shells is clearly displayed when large caliber shells ricochet from relatively weak armoured cruisers. We often have a situation where cruisers get rowdy and go for battleships first, completely fearless of their big brothers, and shoot them down without worrying about the proper projection of their ship. After we implement the new update, there’s going to be less of these ricochets. Battleships will now crush the bow part and detonate on the bulkheads of the ship. Therefore, chances for the shells to explode inside the ship’s hull will increase significantly, as will hits to the citadel, when shooting with large caliber AP shells at the enemy located in the bow projection. Therefore, battleships large caliber AP shells should now become effective enough against cruisers and same tier battleships\ lower tier battleships facing you in the bow projection.

    yeah 30 sec reload is too much. Oh torpedoes? yeah well tier 10 have 2imn 30sec reload but sure a 30sec reload on BB is too much sure.... Here is how it goes. Torpedoes starts to go the area you tell them to. While you are doing that your target is dead=0 damage Torpedoes starts to go the area you tell them to. While you are doing that your target change course slightly=0 damage Torpedoes starts to go the area you tell them to. While you are doing that your target change course heavily=0 damage Torpedoes starts to go the area you tell them to. While you are doing that your target decided to slow down=0 damage Torpedoes starts to go the area you tell them to. While you are doing that your target's engine took a hit and slow down=0 damage Torpedoes starts to go the area you tell them to. While you are doing that your target gets warned by the planes flying over the torpedoes=0 damage Torpedoes starts to go the area you tell them to. This is not wot. Only thing RNG effects is dispersion. If RNG would effect penetration most of those overpens would do more damage. lower the RNG is lower the skill needed. Eveyone can point and fire. If you let citadels become more common everyone will be able to do citadel. Thus will lead to a horrible game., If you want more skilled gameplay you need less hit ratio. Because then only skilled people would be able to do decent damage

    Yeah and high tier destroyers have 2 min 30 sec reload with less than %10 hit ratio and damage from 10k to 17k so whats your point? Btw if you didnt realise DDs require more skill than BBs. I m glad you realise that. If BBs would require more skill they would have less hit ratio(20-30% means you are bad average BB player has over %40) We are playing a game that is based on a battle 70 years ago your words doesnt make much sense. BBs had really low hit ratio but if they would let BBs have high hit ratio in game than what we have that would make it stupid. It would be fully based on RNG.

    MatJan taht secondary thing according to Tuccy(? not sure dont remember the exact name) was tested in alpha stage. But secondaries started to rip apart everything in its range. That is why we dont have accurate secondaries in game.     This is what i read. I do average to good in them. But i want to be able to do more i want my ship to be OP. RNG doesnt have a high impact on gameplay you guys are wot players therefore cant understand that RNG only effects at dispersion. The impact of shell is not randomised. This isnt like wot where you might or might not pen the same place you fired. I dont even think there is RNG on shell penetration. Ships are designed much more diffrent than tanks.

    Play russian ships then you probably need the hand of stalin OK lets get this straight BBs dont miss most of their shots. I suck at BBs i had %48 hit ratio in my fuso and i dont engage at close range. If you dont know how to use He and AP shells you are going to have a bad time thats not because of RNG thats because you dont realise that angle of shell's impact and the place it hits is important

    too decisive in damage dealing? seriously? Get lost buddy the truth is battleships have more average damage than destroyers and cruisers. Yes Cv beats them all but thats not the discussion. You need to understand that if you cant do good in a ship that means stop complaning about that ship until you get better. If you cant get better thats not the ship's fault thats your fault. Yes doing citadels might seem to you as your most powerfull side But as i said before. a fuso has the ability to one shot a yamato. That is just too much power. Lets say you do 1k damage with 11 shells and 10k damage with one shell. That equals to 21k damage everytime you shoot. in 5 min you can shoot 10 times 210k damage. Do you seriously think that kind of damage should be easy to get?

    thats not related to player count. Yesterday at night there were 3600 players i was having major desync now there are 7k i m not having problems yet.
