    Wrong. As i said before torpedoes were 4km away(spoted by someone else at my team) and i heard my crew saying "torpedoes starboard!" i looked around and there was only those torpedoes. verbal warning happens the second they are spoted alarm goes off at 1km

    If i dont remember it wrong wows and wot cap system has one diffrence. In wot you lose all your point if you get damaged. In wows you will not lose all your points from one hit(unless magazine hit)

    no thats not a fanboy act. A fanboy act would be like "Battleships are stronk! We must be able to do 100k damage with each stronk shell ! Whats that? Tiny destroyer outplayed me? NERF NERF NERF NERF"

    USBBs are more armoured targets. lttle bit of angling will deny IJNBB's attack. Btw dont look at those stats for nothing WG uses effective range not max range. Also dont care about destroyers they arent going to hurt you much if you do care about minimap and such

    you are kinda correct. But as you pointed out WG doesnt give destroyers any point for scouting. Mostly because planes scout enemies more than destoryers do. You can do pretty much everything in an USDD but you cant do much in an IJNDD

    Wow dont kill destroyers man I dont understand why every patch WG makes it easier to play battleships and harder to play destroyers. Yes i understand you dont want DDs smoking the whole map. But right now 20 sec seems too cruel. Might work but i have 4 min reload on my smoke. That is stupid. I know i didnt use smoke much at high tier DDs. I used 3-4 canisters correct. But those were 40-50sec long. For example: The reload time for the basic ability "Damage Control Party", for destroyers, has been increased to 60 seconds (up from 40). Why? Why would you nerf this? People complained about smoke i get that. But people never complained about this. I understand there are 2-3 skills to lower that time. i get it. you made 40 sec a premium consumable. But this is just absurd. If you want to run a line on full gold then i m not playing. minekaze is good enough for me. i ll cover it with upgrades and such. Smokescreen effect time reduced to 65-97 seconds (down from 90-120), and will increase at higher levels. Smoke deployment time is 20 seconds for all destroyers (down from 40-55 seconds). Smoke deployment time for the cruisers is now 15 seconds, and lasts for 80 seconds. Ok smokescreen effec time reducing is to stop people camping in smokes right? So at low teirs its 65 second now and at high tiers its 97 second. Doesnt look that bad. BUT smoke deployment 20 sec for ALL destroyers. You thought about DDs needing more lasting smoke but you didnt think about giving high tier DDs longer smoke deployment time? The amount of basic smoke available on a ship and the use of the ability "Repair Work" has been decreased. Would be better with 2+2 smoke system instead of 2+1. High Explosive shell damage-calculation formula was changed - now the amount of explosives in the shell and the caliber plays a larger effect in damage calculations. Small caliber HE shells will now do less damage, cruiser HE will stay somewhat the same and Battleship HE should now do more damage. Improved accuracy for all battleships when shooting at close range (approx. 5km). So now BBs can easily kill their encounter? I dont even get this part. There is a hard counter term in game. Such as CAs against DDs.I m not against that. But why did you give battleships teh ability to survive more often against destoryers? OK sure you might think this buff doesnt change much. But destroyers has to get in close range in order to guarantee hit. This doesnt change much at high tiers. Having longer range torpedoes doesnt make them instantly more accurate. Now i hate this mostly on IJNDD part. Ok i understand destoryers are light tanks of wows. We need to spot people and cap and area denial(!). How many of those can an IJNDD do? spot people? sure you can do that but doesnt give credit nor exp. cap? IJNDD can not cap if there is an enemy CA or enemy USDD. CA is a hard encounter for IJNDD but USDD is still an encounter. area denial? stop making jokes around here. How can an IJNDD do area denial against any kind of target. CA? no DD? no. BB? might be. If that guy knows what he is doing forget about area denial. You cant spam torps at high tiers. Want to know the worst thing? I dont see any warship class in game that IJNDD can be hard encounter to but pretty much every other ship can be hard encounter. You cant hunt CVs what are you crazy? They will know you are coming. You cant hunt USDDs you might hunt IJNDDs but that doesnt help you much. It does give good exp and credit. But i would rather do 80k damage in a game than try to kill an IJNDD in my IJNDD. You cant hunt CA. You can hunt BB but thats not guarantee damage like CVs have against battleships. A battleship captain cant dodge a well prepared attack without taking any damage. Mostly because a CV doesnt have much to lose when going for an attack. Planes go in fast planes go out fast. Destroyers? At high tiers some have same speed with CAs. I always tried to be positive about destroyers but after this last patch i lost my hope. It bothers me a lot seeing CV can counter any type of ship while DD cant. I said fuel system for planes can change that a bit but i dont think WG will listen to that. I dont see a point playing kagero again to get shimakaze. I really dont see the point where USDD is somehow worse than IJNDD at the end of road. I really dont think anyone will chose shimakaze over gearing in a serious battle. Multitasking is important. I want to see them adding german DDs. I will probably play british destoryers. They look like mediocre with 150mm guns and mediocre AA. I dont know how they will seperate destroyer types. There isnt much diffrence. I know that germans had big destroyers. And recent wikipedia controll shows me that british will have the best consealment and AA destroyers. Of course this will push US and IJNDDs aside. Maybe they will make IJNDD have better torpedoes than other and let others focus on their material. KMDDs- heavy destroyer IJNDDs-torpedo boats RNDDs-light destoryer(good AA good consealment) USDDs-mediocre destoryer I am not sure if they will make KMDDs have 150mm canons. They had those type of canons but not all of them had those.

    comparing DD to arty? really? There arent much problems out there AP-HE thing is fine looking i dont think there is a need for tweaking Economy? I dont see much problem other than greedy players jumping into 3-4 diffrent lines and then complaining about it. Sure WG will buff the income for low tiers but still even at the game they compare its not easy to play low tiers at 5-6 diffrent lines. Players should stop complaining about it and pointing fingers at a diffrent game's economy. Torpedoes. Now you cant compare torpedoes to artillerity shells in wot. Ship launched torps? Destroyer has to get close to make them hit(otherwise at high tiers 20km range its super lucky to hit. Mostly you dont even hit your target) So its nothing like artillerity. There will be DDs and CAs in front of that destroyer. Now about CV torpedoes. While they might seem powerfull (at low tier no AA thing is a bit let down) you can see them coming from 8km away at worst. There will be enough time to let you dodge torpedoes. BUT dont expect to dodge them all. Destroyers are nerfed hard. I really dont like this. 4 min reload of smoke in my isokaze 7 skilled captain. for only 20 sec long smoke deployement which can only be deployed 2.2km at most. I did some calculations and if they arent wrong a destroyer will be able to deploy smoke for 2.2km This is insane. For example today i was about to atack a kuma(or whatever name that is) i was 6km away from him. But there was a very curious st louis 9km away from me. He was trying to kill me for 3min before i had a chance to attack kuma. Anyway The second i got spoted by kuma he started raining fire on me. I had 2 min time on my smoke. Each shell hitting me reset the engine repair, broken rudder, guns knocked out. Luckyly he was focusing on me so hard that a clemson destoryed him from 2 km away torpedo attack. So I was sitting there duck waiting for my repair to be ready. It normally takes 60 sec to prepare for repair at my isokaze. 10 secs later st louis died i repaired my engine and started going. But wait WHATS THAT? a wakatake sneaked up to me started putting shots at me. there was like 2km range between us. He knocked my engine out with the first shot i took. I was sitting duck again. He lowered me down to 60 health then for humiliation i guess he fired torpedoes at me. I dodged those torpedoes very hardly. I was still sitting duck there waiting to get my engine back up. Fired torpedoes to the way he was coming back but he dodged them and killed me with guns. Moral of the story: They nerfed destroyers so hard that a shell hitting the water can knock your engine out. I m afraid if there will be any fish my engine might blow up.

    What happened to all the draws?

    i did play a lot of standart battle between t1-t4 but having that low isnt the reason. Maps are not as big as high tiers.
