  2. AP doesnt have much RNG. If you hit citadel full damage. If you hit other places it depends on how much you penetrated which this game doesnt have that %25 penetration RNG i think its %0 RNG because dispersion RNG is enough to make players freak out. I dont like wot lovers to come here and think they are similar games. They arent. They dont use same mechanics.

    Because they arent same game. If it would be like that 20 milion for yamato is pretty cheap. Maus is 6.1 milion and 188 tons yamato is 20 milion with 71 thousand ton. There cant be a real comparison like it is 4 time more expensive but you will get 4 times more paid. This game's grind is long and i think thats a good part. Those people who spends money at wot will definetly spend a lot of money here. Market placement is good planned. Now in game balance might be a little off. But this isnt like wot. So their idea might keep the balance at amount of ships. DDs for example not much prefered ships. But they are cheap and they make you earn a lot of money. The system at wot as tier 5s makes money for tier 10s can be here as DDs and CVs make money for BBs(i dont know how much a CA makes) This is why i keep saying they have diffrent economies. Yes they do make you share gold and premium but does that really matter? I mean when we are talking about how economy is we dont talk about gold or premium times we talk about how an average joe without gold can handle it. So there is no point in pointing the other game. Maybe high tiers are faster grind how would you know?

    Economy at the moment forces you to play the same ship more than you need for next ship's exp I dont see problem there. These people are from wot. They dont like a new economy system. This way i think reaching tier 10 is more awarding. You could just catch up with people at tier 8s tier 9s within couple of days in wot. But here its not that easy. Which makes poeple upset. They keep comparing wot to wows which i think a bad idea. They are two diffrent games. Yes same company makes them but not same dev team.

    depending on his gun's direction i think he was engaging someone then the verbal warning came in. Yes verbal warning has 5km range. I havent heard any warning over 5km

    There is nothing wrong with economy. Do a little research before you start another thread like this. There was one where we discussed for about 500 comments. Some people did tests and stuff and it was proven that economy isnt broken. I made an experiment myself i proved it wasnt broken. Since the game started in my all battles i did 2.4milion profit. I only played 4 battles with premium ship arkansas and i earned 350k profit total from that. The rest belongs to normal ships. I didnt use flags. The day i earned my premium(level 8) there was a huge desync. I made 600k profit in 8 battles with my isokaze and i admit i am not a really good destroyer player. I am usually an average player. How was my worst battle in isokaze? I made 46 exp and 26k profit out of it. Yes even if you suck too bad you dont lose money. Unless you kill team mates But i heard that BBs are hard to earn money so they might need to buff income for that.

    Torpedo spotting range

    ITs about their speed 67-68 knot torpedoes gets spoted at 2km Sir you know this situation wrong. I did some testing before. I am pretty sure 67-68 knot torpedoes gets sptoted from 2km. If they get spoted at 1km they are 57 knot ones. There is a broken system for them. Seriously broken system. For example minekaze's 68 knot torpedoes can go 1km i 5.3 secs. While minekaze's 57 knot torpedoes will go 1km in 6.5 secs. But here is the life taking part. The spotting range for them are diffrent. 67 knot torpedoes have 2km spotting range which means at the second they get spotted you have 11 secs to evade them. 57knot torpedoes have 1km spotting range which means at the second they get spotted you have 6.5 secs to evade them. This is a bit too much trade off. Yes 57 knot torpedoes do require more time to reach 6km. But they are less dodgable when they reach their target. it would take 39 secs for them to hit their target while it would take 33 wsecs for 67 knot torpedoes to hit their target. Sure they reach their target faster but that doesnt give you guaranteed hits. A north carolina can dodge 67 knot torpedoes coming at 90 degree angle. Fully dodgble at 8km range. If you get hit by destroyer torpedoes its your own fault. A destoryer captain has seriously low chance against a battleship captain if both captains are professionals. This isnt balanced gameplay. If the best CA captain chases the best IJNDD captain the results will end with cruiser killing the destoryer. Its perfectly balanced because hard counter means there is a little chance you can escape. But DDvsBB situation doesnt have a clear winner. I dont think there should be a major change at DD gameplay. However i think developers shouldnt take the words of a couple whiners and keep nerfing destroyers. Sure you can think that they only nerf the overperforming classes. But you would be wrong. In CW I dont even think destroyers will be used much. If you want to be in a good clan then i highly suggest to you guys to be a good CV captain. Because CVs control games. They can do every role except capturing bases. Which capturing bases is more like a USDD's job. They can fight any other class in the game without problem. If you are following IJNDD line DO NOT EXPECT your ship to be used in CWs much.

    Airship carrier? What is that? Does the carrier launch airships? You were in a cruiser you should be able to defeat planes in a cruiser. Its just an experience thing. IF you dont know how to dodge them it will be hard. At 1v1 i dont suggest you to hunt a carrier. Try to do the objective or stay at open water.

  13. So do you agree to this fuel thing? even 2 mins of flight seems a bit powerfull for low teirs but they can reschedule that. It could be the way they made torpedo spotting distance. Their spotting distance relies on speed and tier. For example minekaze and isokaze have torps with 68 knots that actually have 1.6km spotting range while kagero and shimakaze has 2km spotting distance 67 knot torpedoes. 57 knot torpedoes have 1km spotting distance. Its stupid i know but DD players dont complain about it too much. Yes when you calculate it becomes obvious that 57 knot torpedoes are less dodgable than 67 knot torpedoes but still they kinda work.
  14. i m not talking about ship fuel i am talking about the plane fuel. Not as station but planes had fuel and believe me its not so fair when a fighter squadron can perma spot me for 15 mins. If they can make those fuel limit between 2-3 mins i think it would be alright. Planes that go 120 knots have 324m/s speed. in 120 sec they can go 38.8 km. If you dont waste much time it would happen. Anyway with fueling system planes can be bit more realistic in game for balance purposes and it would require people to plan their attacks. You know if a BB or CA takes evasive maneuvers a CV wouldnt be able to change the attack while risking his planes
  15. its not historcally senseless. They had to refuel planes and they didnt have endless fuel. But i seriously think they have to bring the fuel system back. they had fueling system for planes at early alpha. But WG thought it would require skill so they deleted it. Seriously thats a bilion dollar idea to make CVs balanced.

  17. Or they can make CVs have a fueling station. Fuel system on planes. Plus the ship carrying enough fuel for them. This might be fun. So carriers would have a fuel depot for planes. If they use palnes much they might not save it to teh end and such.

  19. can be a good idea but you know planes goes 120+knots that means 324 meters in one second. They can go 1km in 3 secs. half a minute and they can travel 10km. Not a bad idea but CV players might not like it. I am not a CV player.

    Yes but while you are doing that enemy has CAs too. If you are thinking about a teamplay(12vs12) many things can happen. 1v1 ? There is a simple thing that can happen. the CA will be drawn to the battleship. One way or another BB captain will force CA captain to his advantage area. This is like CA vs DD. a destroyer can spam torpedoes to keep a cruiser away. it can smoke and run. But at a teamplay planes chasing you is going to remove that advantage. A cruiser player wouldnt engage destroyer at a island covered place. Once i was in ecounter mode hot spot. There was a BB and me in my sims left. I was cappig at low health. So i hid behind the island in flag circle. Battleship player took the bait and tried to come around. I killed him with late fired torps when he came around the corner. Because i knew he was going to slow down a bit to dodge torpedoes. A counter class can sustain better advantage situation

    Thats like pulling BBs to ambushes in destroyers. A good BB captain will not let you have the advantage. If its down to 1v1 it makes more sense for BB to just let cruiser come to him. It is easy to create tactics against BBs but what will you do when they use counter tactics?

    dont trust those minimum thing they write there. I have 3gb RAM with windows 8 32bit. It does work(of course if windows 8 doesnt support 32bit then i dont know what i have here in my computer)

    Lethal to DD is normal. Lethal to BB is not. A great captain in BB can kill a great captain in USCA. But some doesnt go for destroyer captains. A great destroyer captain isnt lethal against a great battleship captain. When they are balancing stuff they dont care about how it will be when a tomato fights off a unicum. They think about average joe fight or unicum fights. Because balancing isnt about making ships even through their players. It is about making them balanced through their stats.
