Couple of questions for you fine folk...
Deamon93 replied to keyser86soze's topic in General Discussion
You should ask those question in the Q&A topic, here's the link: http://forum.worldofwarships.eu/index.php?/topic/1434-your-questions-to-developers/page__pid__111222__st__440#entry111222 -
I don't know how a Clemson armed this way would work: 2 - 76mm21 - 25mm2 - 12.7mm2 - 6.5mm4 - 450mm TT72 - Depth Chargers Torpedo armament is meh but bearable, AA armament is a tad excessive and the primary armament is crazy bad. It may work but we'll see. EDIT: here is a topic made by Skygunner in the NA forums regarding this particular ship http://forum.worldofwarships.com/index.php?/topic/468-patrol-boat-no-102-ex-uss-stewart/ Would be nice to have the Dresden-class as premium yeah.

It's still a submarine with the displacement of a small cruiser, difficult to miss. Dimensional wise it's more or less similar to Shimakaze so fairly difficult to miss a submerged object that big.
-
They are classified as cruisers but they are pretty much grown up destroyers. In any case they will be a nice toy to play with eventually but there are a fair few which are interesting, not only at high tiers
-
Nono the maximum speed is 40. Still Capitani Romani has nothing in common with cruisers excluding the displacement.
-
There's a catch though: Medaglie d'Oro has a maximum speed of 34 knots and six torps while Capitani Romani has a maximum speed of 40 knots and eight torps. Overall Capitani Romani is more suited as CV buster due to the higher speed differential and the two additional torps available. Besides torpedo armament isn't the forte of the Italian destroyers, especially at high tiers when one torpedo rack is traded for more AA(excluding the case of Medaglie d'Oro and Capitani Romani).
-
Capitani Romani is more similar to the destroyers rather than to the cruisers. Besides Medaglie d'Oro will get stomped by the tier Xs

What we know about Ships: Updated 05/04/2017

Considering the fact they have to get modernized regardless(no AA at high tiers = bad news) so it is plausible. -
We don't know. In WoWP the NDA got lifted some time before OBT during CBT.

In this topic you can find all the information we gathered about the tech trees.

As far as i recall they were originally planned with the 155 mm gun which then changed to the 203 mm. Then again i don't recall their development history exactly ^^ -

All those ships were placed there ages ago so they may have changed. Then again who knows. -
Will there be differentiation between light and heavy cruisers?
Deamon93 replied to KomissarBojanchev's topic in General Discussion
Define "too many". Besides those are needed due to the multiple Naval Treaties developed over the years. -

There are CAs which are faster than some CLs though . -
Most of the dispersion was due to the randomness of the shell quality and, thankfully, those should be standardized. Sure the 320/44 is more prompted to larger dispersion but then again she's a resized Littorio a tier lower, she has to be somewhat balanced.
-
With such penetration values it may or may not be worth it. I guess this could be evaluated only with testing ^^, still it's nice to see that the 320/44 can still be a valid option.
