I changed few things in the tree: -Added the ACs -Changed the tier I(Eritrea seems overall more suitable than Libia) -Added proto Littorio

I've made a tree some time ago. It's not 100% complete but, considering it will take forever to be implemented, is good enough as it is(there are some holes here and there but primarily on CVs which i decided to keep aside for now)

I've done the planes but since i don't have the previous data is impossible to make a comparison. Then again now the sheet is future proof

Well the Italian may have Aquila in her first configuration(with 3x152/40), different enough to make the two coexist i guess.

I assume the interaction between AA and planes got changed(most likely planes aren't able to tank as much damage as before). I haven't checked their stats, i will from the next patch on though.

As said above only the DDs are worth implemented and only one(Regele Ferdinand) can be used exclusively by the Romanians. Marasti can be used also by the Italians(i considered her as a potential low tier premium DD) and by the Spanish.

Romania would just enlarge the number of Italian designs, since the only two DD classes they had were built and, in case of one(Marasti), even use by Italy. They may show up but i think we should wait and see what happens with other similar cases(namely Polish ships which in most cases are either British or French).

Ah yeah sorry, mixed the two xD. In the blog post about them wasn't said anything about the rebuilt Furutaka so, perhaps, she wouldn't get it. Then again it's just an assumption. -

It was said Furutaka will have her 6x1 7.9" guns and then i think she'll get the 3x2 7.9" guns so in terms of firepower it will be different. Although it's true: Furutaka and Aoba are fairly similar after the reconstruction of the former. -
Essex had more planes and better AA while Malta had more protection(speed is pretty much even). Overall the two should be balanced, surely better than balancing Midway and Malta.

Malta is more of a counterpart of Essex rather than Midway. Regarding Shinano most of her planes were supposed to be stored in parts and mounted when required. She wasn't supposed to be a frontline CV but a maintenance one

After the 0.3.0.3 people may say there was a buff in AA: they are wrong. Granted the AA ratings changed but the dps values are exactly the same. I updated the file adding the changes.

After noticing that strange behavior in New Orleans i checked the whole US line to see if there were other inconsistencies in the DPS values. Here are all the values(at the moment US only, JP will come eventually). My question is: how these DPS values are set? Because i can't understand if those variations are because of balance or because of bugs.

I'm pretty sure nobody said that in NA, in RU i don't know since i don't have access there. Regarding Bismarck it's unclear if she'll be premium or not since she got removed from that topic.

The name is after the class, not the single ship(excluding some weird cases such as Tatsuta/Tenryu) Nobody from WG has ever said that.

If Essex stays at tier X it's unlikely we'll see Midway due to the fact she's pretty much an enlarged Essex with more/better goodies on(5"/54 instead of the 5"/38, more planes and so on). It makes sense not to have her around since there aren't that many counterparts for Essex already.

Tier IX BB will be A-140J2, a preliminary study of Yamato with an armament layout similar to Nelson(with three triple turrets fore). The tier IX CV will be Essex when Midway gets implemented, at least that was the plan.
