Perhaps but until the 8/9/1943 the RM remained independent. From then on the Germans got something but they had very little to play with but at the end by that time the RM hasn't been doing much to stop the Allies due to the lack of fuel which in some cases was barely enough to reach the South(like in case of RN Giulio Cesare)

The Italian crews were good, the bad things were the chain of command(which in some cases, like in Matapan, messed up badly even changing orders on the fly) and equipment(guns with high dispersion coupled with iconsistent quality of the shells). What the Germans took and used was a fraction of the overall force since most of the high value ships set sail towards Malta and the ships unable to do so had the order to scuttle. At the end the Germans got primarily destroyers with the high value ships still under repair and sunk at the end either by Allied bombings or by Italian frogmen.

Yeah i made a whole tree for Italy, it's pretty much done. Project 23 would have been the modern BB for Russia but Operation Barbarossa stopped. They had also Italian influence, although indirectly(thanks to UP.41 and some good Soviet intelligence).

Well compared to what they had available Giulio Cesare wasn't bad, even though for Italian standards wasn't considered that much(due to the Littorios being around). Kind of ironic GC was the most powerful BB the Soviets had used(since Royal Sovereign was a placeholder and they never bothered in turning the turrets )

Cleveland and Pensacola why not switch their place in the techtree?

Pensacola is fine where she is, is just Cleveland placed too low(she would be fine at tier VIII, especially considering Mogami got moved up). -
There weren't that many battleships serving in the med: Warspite(for some time), Valiant, Queen Elisabeth, Royal Sovereign and maybe others(i have to check).

If it's a BB it could be Royal Sovereign, she has been around in the Med for some time.

The problem of Duca d'Aosta is that there will already be "clones": the original Italian and the Russian one(Duca d'Aosta was given to Russia and renamed Kerch). It's possible but having another very similar/identical ship is unlikely. -

Eugenio di Savoia(Duca d'Aosta-class) which was given to Greece and renamed Elli. Then there should be other ships but i have to check. -

Italy was confirmed some time ago but it won't come anytime soon. Regarding Greek ships i don't really know, it could be not you have to wait for quite some time. -

There are two ships apparently: Salamis(the one i was aware of) and Vasilefs Konstantinos. Both were ordered some time before WWI and their construction stopped due to the hostilities. I don't know about the former but the latter should be a tier V, at least i assume so -

At tier VII there are the Washington Treaty heavy cruisers so a pre-WWI armored cruiser would be out of place. Besides her speed is underwhelming for a higher ships while at low tiers 23 knots is good -

Well some people think that she's strong enough to stay at tier X so in a sense it would be a nerf The 1941 refit is nerfed enough since it is a huge CV magnet(due to the craptastic AA).

It's a premium ship which looks bad because Fuso is OP, no reason to start ranting already.

Fuso is currently OP and it's neither surprising nor new. Anyway what i said is that the increase in range is hardly required since you can't hit consistently since even by using the aim mod you can't score with every salvo(unless the target is a donkey and goes strait and unless the RNG really hates you). From that range it's less easier to dodge and hence put more shells into the target.

Have you seen players miss many salvoes at that range? I don't have stats as proof, i just have a bunch of experience in BBs(enough to say that from around that range you can hit with at least a couple of shells per salvo if you're aim is bad).

Ships have to be balanced so it's safe to assume if you buff her in some aspects others will get nerfed. In any case Warspite has the ability to hit consistently when in range(if you're aim is good) and in the maps she has to play 16 km range is decent enough. Granted without the 20 km range you won't be able to camp far away but i guess that's the whole point of the shorter range(conveniently placed where people can consistently start hitting hard the targets).

Yes, they did. They were built for H-39 but then used as coastal batteries

An Italian 16" gun was planned as far as i know, then the choice went for the 381/50 and UP.41, the BB supposed to have the 16" guns, never saw the light. Same goes for France with Alsace

Yeah but some people think Bismarck is able to stay at tier X, i was just trolling . Besides i even coined a name for her but that would be a less fine troll
