Besides saying they willingly joined the Free French is a bit too strong since some navies under Vichy France shot at British and Free French troops during the failed invasion at Dakar. Besides they had plently of chances to willingly switch sides and they didn't until the very end.

All those ships were under Vichy control until captured by the Allies and then gave to the Free French. The number of ships given to the Free French prior 1942 was marginal compared to the total count pre WWII

The Free French fleet was a joke since most of the fleet remained under Vichy control. Ironically they even helped the Allies after getting backstabbed because reasons(only after Operation Torch the Germans annexed the rest of France and tried to take over the fleet at Toulon, until then they left them alone).

The only hope is to have mods. since WG won't make them officially(most likely).

We don't know for sure. Haven't noticed the Soviet flag on Pallada but it's a fast fix if that's the case. Well at mid tiers the Soviets would require a clone regardless as premium cruiser: either Murmansk or Kerch(ex Duca d'Aosta, lead ship of the fourth subclass of the Italian Condottieri-class). I guess they chose Murmansk out of convenience(since the model was already there so the workload required was smaller). Omaha underperforming? o.O I have both and i can do a lot of damage with relative ease with Omaha while with Furutaka doing the same kind of damage is much more complicated to achieve(not impossible, once or twice i was able to). I'm of the opinion that Furutaka requires as top configuration her refit. Granted it would be quite similar to Aoba but at least it would make more sense than a mix of old and new on the same model. Most likely WG gave them to a small amount of people so it's difficult to spot them. Well she represents the pre-dread category quite well: relatively slow(there are exceptions), without a good primary armament(compared to the dreads which came after) but a crap load of secondary guns. Against tier I and II ships she should be great while she should suffer in a tier III top tier game. Granted that's my opinion but i think WG will consider giving her preferential MM(to avoid tier III in which she would get hopelessly outgunned by the dreads).

Those tree are drawn thanks to the information we collect from the Q&A sections. If ships aren't there it's not because they shouldn't be there but because either people haven't asked about them and/or becaue WG can't say because they are too far away in their schedule.

It's almost August and people go on vacation. I think is understandable a drop in population since when you're in vacation you can't really play and/or you want to spend it doing something else.

So the European tree would have three naval powers out of five(France, Italy and UK), Germany, Russia and of course all the minor nations. Good luck in arrange that. There are a fair number of designs from Italy although difficult to arrange high tiers(there may be the Littorio conversion but i have no information on that design).

Greece depends entirely on how the "minor nations" will be treated. Italy can easily show up but having a premium years before the tree shows up isn't the WG way. Of course i would love having premiums of other nations. We'll see anyway.

True but i guess they won't do it otherwise people will scream:"Where's Cleveland? OMG you nerfed the US cruisers bla bla bla". Or they aren't doing it because the replacement isn't ready yet, which is another possibility

Personally i hope they are working on the CL mini-line for the USN so she gets moved where she belongs instead of staying there and keep on being OP after all the nerfs. The problem is that some people are overly attached to that ship and they can't reason about her.

Poor Cleveland: stuck at tier VI to eat nerf after nerf. Hopefully she'll get moved up so WG will be able to remove all these nerfs and bring her back to her historical glory.

I'm sure WG will say something about her during Gamescom but that's a personal assumption. It would make sense though since a lot of people will ask about her.

Why should France be incorporated into the RN tree? It doesn't make any sense. Besides that wasn't even a battle since the British unilaterally attacked the fleet of a neutral nation(Vichy France was neutral) when they were in port.

He said they are working on Russia and Germany at the same time plus putting some resources on UK. They cover both markets although they delay a bit UK for this.
