The calls about premiums are made by the regions and not up top. We got Warspite and Tirpitz before them since EU is the "home market" for such ships, just as example. Moreover a lot of offers are tied to events which are regional(ie Gamescom, PAX, Igromir and so on). It's possible that they haven't put a premium CV since they are still working on them. That's just a personal guess though. The populations are also much different(we are multiple times larger than they do) so WG is trying to bump the population up in NA by sheer might of marketing.

I wonder why EU people say NA offers are better and NA people say the exact opposite. Anyway regarding a premium CV it was told Saipan may show up as premium as far as i recall but i'm not 100% sure.

I saw the German cruiser line recently published(here from this article). There are a lot of cruisers which i wasn't able to find(tier VII, IX and X) but i'm sure those are paper projects but without knowing the name of the project is hard to judge. The main problem in my opinion however is what's present at tier VI. I hardly see Nurnberg compete against Cleveland being worse in pretty much everything: worse protection, worse primary armament and marginally worse speed. Granted Nurnberg has torpedoes while Cleveland does not but it will be difficult for her to put the torpedoes to good use. Of course that's just my opinion. Would be nice however to start a discussion regarding this line, although it will show up only in a few months. Have a nice day! Deamon93

One dev in NA said the model isn't ready yet but the ship was sent to testing regardless. She'll get it when the model is done.

Hence the perhaps on the Spica. Being torpedo boats i doubt they'll show up. The layout is similar, true, but ehy Dante Alighieri may still show up being faster and all. Besides she also has a fair number of 3" guns which makes her different .

The Spica-class were torpedo boats, not destroyers. They may show up as low tier premium perhaps but nothing more. As far as the order is concerned is Germany and Russia together(they would come next month), then UK and then we don't know. Dante Alighieri is in fact in my premium list, she would be fairly interesting there in my opinion.

The hope of Averof lies on if WG will add the proper armored cruisers. At the moment it's unclear if they will be implemented or not.

Most of the naval engagements of the Brits around Europe were against the Italians, there were a number of engagements in the Med(more than around the North Sea). The SU fought primarily with small ships in Tokio express-esque missions, especcially in the Black Sea. Sevastopol held as long as it did thanks to the destroyers supplying it which then left the city with wounded and civilians. They had to fight another kind of war since the other side as well had very few ships in the field..

We had some overgrown DD for the time early on(Poerio, Mirabello, Leone and Navigatori). The "proper" DDs grew organically without going overboard all too much(the largest had around 2100/2200 tons full load displacement and where dated mid '30s). They were relatively big but until Capitani Romani showed up there wasn't really anything which stood up in terms of tonnage(although they reached Leone and Navigatori on that regard). The Maestrale-class has 2207 tons full load displacement, small compared to Vaquelin-class(laid downn around the same time) had 2441 tons standard load and over 3000 full load. I asked that question to a dev in the NA and he told us the tier X is a project which was actually made, although a bit obscure since there isn't info available in the internet. What i meant we can discuss about proven stats rather than numbers which may or may not be relevant(sometimes the ratings is a bit questionable).

The triple launchers reload faster and possibly the torps are better. Fantasque reached over 43 knots with minimal load, something which both French and Italians used to do fairly often to test their new ships. Without all the details is hard to say, we'll see when they get properly tested in PT or something like that.

Kiev is smaller but she was designed to be better in pretty much every way: same primary armament, better torpedo armament, better AA etc. Regarding the French pretty much their entire line is made of overgrown DDs

I do agree about the power creep. Moreover there are odd things like Kiev being below Tashkent while it should be the other way around and Kiev being pretty much comparable to Gearing in terms of everything. I tried on my own to make a plausible non-powercreep line but it's relatively complicated due to the fact there's a huge hole between the old Imperial DDs and Projekt 7/Grevny but Projekt 7 won't go anywhere since there's Greg at tier V.

Her top speed was achieved during the trials in Italy without the armament(she had to be completed in the Soviet Union). I don't know if they forgot about it or it was intentional. If that's the case they can always say it's Italian bias

I know she was classified as such but in the CL line there isn't a spot for her which would make sense, at least in my opinion she fits better as tier X DD.

Designations are irrelevant(large CLs for Couragous as example). Besides CM is most similar to DDs than CLs, plus there will be DDs as big as her as high tier German one(if it's Type 1945s)

First you say Tashkent has to be a cruiser because of the displacement and then you prove yourself wrong by using BBs, good job! As you said displacement doesn't matter and the advantage in displacement compared to DDs is marginal if not totally absent if compared to other big DDs. In terms of fighting capabilities she would be comparable to every other DD since she has the very same armament layout of Fubuki but with different weaponry on.

Perhaps in the future but at the moment we don't know much about new nations. If it happens it will take a long time.

Mogador has comparable tonnage then there are the late German projects(Type 1944 as example) which are even larger. Those are classified as DD. Besides having Tashkent as low tier cruiser would be horrible, she would roflstomp everything.

True but at least they had something to stop that while Capitani Romani hasn't, it's a plus
