Wasn't the class of Almirante Brown classified as Venticinco de Mayo? May be wrong. Anyway her tier is a bit off, at least i don't see her competing against the tier VII being undergunned and so on.

There's a topic in which you can submit to ST and WG adds new people whenever necessary.

Upcoming tech trees: England, France, China, Italy ...
Deamon93 replied to Trigger_Happy_Dad's topic in General Discussion
History doesn't pay bills, cash does. Besides they haven't eliminated historical ships and they will use paper ships whenever historical ones can't fill gaps. -
That's true, then again is fair to say that Italy has much better chances here than in WoT.
-
That's a good news, let's hope we can have more pieces information relatively soon.

Do we really have to insult people who fought and died decades ago? I mean c'mon. Argentina had a few ships, then again Argentina is one of the many countries which had to rely on foreign firms to supply their own ships for the most part. -
Tashkent the lolorado among the russian dd line?
Deamon93 replied to gbgroger's topic in General Discussion
Kiev was an upgrade over Tashkent so the placement is a bit odd there -
Swiss CV OP, nerf plox

Although good luck in implemented that in a way which wouldn't offend both sides, especially considering the recent protests in Taiwan(but enough politics before BBV comes and uses his mighty power on my poor soul).
-
They also got US and Soviet DDs after the war. Apparently the UK even sold a cruiser: http://navypedia.org/ships/china/ch_cr_chung_king.htm
-
Of their own they hadn't much and what they had before the Sino Japanese war(or however that war is called in China) were ironically built by the Japanese. There were projects developed by Austria-Hungary as well but nothing came out of it(back then they had more pressing issues).
-
Haven't read yet. Anyway Chinese ships wouldn't be surprising, WG has to please their market somehow.

I asked about her eons ago and i don't recall the answer. In any case the information is old and her tier may have changed. Speaking of which i wonder if WG is working on her and Giulio Cesare since i think they may show up eventually as Russian premiums
-
I assumed Cleveland at tier VIII but then again the exact placement without this knowledge is hard to place with a high degree of certainty. The whole cruiser line may change, depending on what WG does.
-
Perhaps but i prefer to wait on them, just un case

The RoF of Bizio is still bad with 5x120/50 on broadside with a very tight angle so nothing special. She is clearly better than Quarto on that regard(with just 3x120/50 on broadside) but that's bad compared what the tier IIs have to offer. For the tier III that tier makes little to no sense with three totally different cruisers in the same tier. For tier IV i prefered to use one of the war prizes, simply because there's nothing else suitable. Then again i'm not too convinced about that Most likely Abruzzi will be at VII yeah, at least i assume so. I know UP770 was better but the Deutschland look-alike line(UP 90 into UP 102 into UP 770) would start from around where Deutschland is placed and without this information is rather difficult to pick a tier. Impervious is a strong word but the importance on protection increased as the speed importance went down.
-
I don't think it's possible to split Nino Bixio and Quarto(they are quite similar). Campiania can be used as tier I at most and even then she'll require some buffs, she is clearly not tier IV. The rest is fine(Abruzzi is missing and the projects aren't fictional) Regarding premiums in the file there's a complete list in which most of these ships show up. I selected some names from the lists but i still have to work on the premiums. I haven't worked on UP 770&co mainly due to the fact the most immediate counterpart(Deutschland) isn't here and i can't say for sure where to place them in the line without a reference(placing ships with some references is already difficult, without is pretty much impossible)
-
Well considering there will be changes to the existing lines(primarily cruisers where i have the most problems) it's too early to say. Anyway i'm not sure about the armored cruisers, primarily because WG hasn't clarified if they will come or not(for this reason i prepped the line but as a back up plan in case WG decides positively). Other than that i don't know some projects so i can't say much ^^

Statistically speaking the damage per game dealt by Albany isn't that far off from the average damage per game at tier II. Then again at that tier there are a lot of "newbies" you don't know how to play so stats have to be taken with a grain of salt(otherwise Albany as she is wouldn't work at all pretty much).
-
So by following your logic Albany is OP. You should check the average damage per game and the number of games as well. The less the numbers of game the less "good" the statistical data is. As example there are ships with half a million games and their stats are surely more accurate than those of Nikolai which has "only" a bit more than a thousand.

Well i don't know the potential placement of the German BCs, i just assume they'll end up there with Scharnhorst on top of the WWI ones(and i assume Scharnhorst will end up somewhere around tier VII). In any case at that tier other than Nagato the proper BBs should still be slow in most cases but i don't know for sure of what Germany, Russia and the Med powers would get at that tier. Granted Italy would already have a fast BB at tier VI(Caracciolo with 28 knots) but she would be more or less comparable to Ersatz Yorck which is the last WWI BC design i'm aware of
-
Most likely Kaiser at IV and Konig at V. Regarding the BCs they can easily make a parallel BC line without any particular issue, at least up to tier VI/VII.
-
Typo, i mant tier VIII with the other contemporaries with Lions above her. North carolina is a treaty BB, Bismarck cheated but she is still comparable(PoW was rushed to face her and wasn't ready yet) and so on.

Will 0.5.1 "Advanced Firing Training" no longer apply to main battery guns up to 155 mm?
Deamon93 replied to Leo_Apollo11's topic in General Discussion
Yep but they aren't that many numerically speaking. That wasn't a change in the skills though but on the ships themselves. Then again they may act similarly although i hope not -
KGV can handle tier IX with early Lion at tier X and late Lion at tier X Vanguard is more suited as premium since she is quite an oddball(modern BB with WWI primary armament). Nelson should be the tier VII standard BB
