Nice summary, and pretty useful guide for less experienced clans that want to improve. Seems the Typhoon 1 meta has settled around the 1DD / 2radar / 2dpm / 1flanker / 1 montana or conq setup. In mid season we had great success with no DD - full dpm cruiser setup that encouraged aggressive gameplay which i like. After some time the meta settled to be more consistent with cap pressure with 1 DD, thus it became much more static, which I dislike. It started to look like Sunday randoms BB campfest. Somewhat lately we struggle to perform consistently. Maybe its the meta, maybe we got tired of the repetativeness... Even though I am not a CV player I hope WG will (re)introduce them in CB, as they can "speed up" and force active gameplay.

Try it on any of the DDs and laugh. Will always get 3-4k full AP hits anytime. Sometimes that sums up as 10-15k regular salvos on DDs. If you do not believe try to play cruisers or destroyers more. In DDs I consider random BB AP the highest threat after radar. Working as intended.

I had the same problem. Are you sure you formatted the hd or just "repaired" the drive? Maybe the settings and combination was saved somewhere... After all i managed to solve the problem this way: format c:, fresh new windows 10 x64 (changed the version although just to be sure to make it a different), new graphics drivers, new dx, new game install on C: this time (was on d: before). Now it works fine, but I hope that it wont happen again as I have no idea exactly how to solve it...

If my humble opinion one should always invest money only on permanent things that will increase your effort on a long run. Would not suggest skipping anything as it will reduce your learning time (mentioned that you already struggle with Essex), so skipping straight to Midway is definitely not a good way to go: reduced learning time, thus worse performance in t10, and investing in something you can easily do without real money. As for the second, Atlanta is a high risk - high reward ship that requires excellent game knowledge and skills to maximize its performance. I would only suggest it to skilled cruiser players only. As I cruiser main I still refer from buying her, so as a BB player I straightly advise you not to start your cruiser career with the Atlanta. My personal advice to you as BB player is get either the Texas or Ashitaka (t7 mm is great) as they are on sale now. If you still want to start or focus your cruiser career start with a forgiving one (I see you already own the awesome Atago - one of my favorites) possibly in t7 mm, like the Indianapolis, or lower tier good all arounders like Grasse or Molotov.

Nah nah, it is just mandatory to have a shite job at least. Other way how could you maintain buying the awesomnium bundles? One surely wants the 5m silver boost besides the ship, in case the dwindling 256m silver store is not enough.

/constructive bump ALN offers unique, high level teamplay for highly skilled players with excellent game knowledge: - participation in competitive game modes like League of the Sea, OM Cup, Clash of the Servers and similar - typhoon league in current clan battles (majority of the players already completed the Stalingrad mission) - power clan divisions in randoms, just to train you to be even better (there is always something you can learn from other amazing players) There are just no stupid obligatory rules, boring daily trainings or endless TS discussions about clan administration. In general ALN is a relatively small, but easy going super clan with great atmosphere and top notch players. Achievements tell everything, the rest will be told by us after joining. If a potato clan manages to bring in a double three member division on the enemy side I am just happy to be able to farm them. In that case they only succeeded in weakening their own team. Serious clans rarely do that.
