yeah i've got the same artefact problem since the patch. And weird shapes popping up and start flickering. Running with SLI too, like a couple of the comments above me.

Where is the disable option for these ships? If i'm not mistaken they added the option that you can't see the skin. But i haven't found it yet Nvm found it
