I got the same issue, but i doubt it is my ISP, i got a 100mbit line and i have played World of Tanks for many years and never had this issue in that game. But in World of Warships this seems to happen a lot, but after i restart the client it seems fine again, at least for some games, but then suddenly i cant hit anything again. Then I have to watch other players firing at the same target to se where to aim. And the ship is always in front of where i actually see it. Very frustrating bug!
