only this Replay stucked on team setup screen

I've got this replay file... any file saved before this and after this is replayable by the game. But not this. when the team setup sreen presen GPU and CPU is under same load as any other replay would be going or I'd be in a battle yet replay does not start after counter reaching 0. Anyone can give me a reason / idea how to fix this?
