It would be good to have a tab in the arsenal/inventory (or somewhere else) where i can see where my "special upgrades" are mounted on. As i get more ships i sometimes have no clue where they are mounted on or just dont want to search for them. And i think there will only coming more ships into my port and not less.

It would be best, when you write your provider an official letter and telling them to give you your money back for all the consumables who have used plus compensation for personal suffering. The prices you can find in your inventory...

Would have been better to have them when the Daily XP Bonus is active, but as @CptOddyB said: A reaction is much appreciated! :)

Good point there! I have played a lot of normal random battles and quite enough ranked battles, but i dont really know any mapname. They are like hieroglyphs to me, i can only descripe them. Ok, one i know that is "Northern Lights" but only because it has snow and looks so different.

I dont think that is calculated that way. I mean those camos are nice to have and when it happens that you can gain 15 victories in the games you would play anyway...then it is all good. If not, good too.

@thunder3oo dont forget that you accepted the Terms of Service-Contract which also deals with your claim: You can only ask politely and hope they will agree or find enough people to back up your claim and put pressure on them.

Dont forget that not everybody works from 9 to 5, there are a lot of people who work shifts and/or work in the night or just later. Maintenance is just a normal thing though.

That is a problem with their superiors and the internal database they use. I have some experience in customer support and you cant expect that employes play the game they are supporting, but you should expect that they invest in a good database and regular education/training. It seems that they lack some of that. And it is not like a simple support employe can decide anything for himself.

I dont think that compensation is justified when the downtime was only 3 or 4 hours. But dont get me wrong, i wouldnt complain if they would compensate. It is just that i dont play in the morning so i didnt miss anything.

I havent done PT for a while, but i thought it was like that you need to actively claim those rewards, dont you? Or was that changed? With the XP bonus right now a few special flags would be nice. :)

You understood me wrong, you said in a stream that you cant understand people who complain about free stuff. I mean, of course this does not mean that the player cant give feedback, but the statement was more like that "dont complain about free stuff, because it is free. Take it or leave it." It was in a stream a few months ago, dont know if you save those streams, but the statement was pretty clear imo. The 190k CXP doesnt show up in the end screen. It is shown in port and should be the first message before resupplying consumables and stuff.

I think that most of the WG employes dont play this game. I think they have enough after working through the complaints which they have read in the tickets.

Hello, :) Even though i have some games played, i sometimes have problems to see the smoke from ship's pipes clear enough to predict the ships movement. I would like a density like that from the ARP ships (ok maybe only half that strong), but clearly more visible as it is now. Is there a combination of settings in the gameclient to do that (which i would prefer) or is there a mod, for people with bad eyes? :) Thank you

Regarding to @Crysantos you have absolutly no right to complain about "free" stuff. I dont agree either, because you need to invest time and effort to get them. I dont think that they really think about how to make it comfortable to get this "free" stuff. I mean, lets be honest here: The ship/reward is just there to lure you into the game. Nothing more.

Do you mean the bug which caused the game to get "laggy" because there was a memory error or something? That was fixed but not in 075 but before that.

Maybe you should paint your ship pink, it might offend someone... Do Scenario Battles count as CoOp Battles too? I cant imagine that anyone can lose a CoOp game otherwise. Or are there other Bots who does not only go forward and can actually aim? I can live with other opinions, but when you get your answer multiple times and you still ask over and over again...i mean that is a bit retarded. It shows that you need it more. Have fun! :)

Sometimes i think that you are just "talking" because you love your own opinion... You know the Basics now and you know the reason why there is the possibility given to get a free reskilling for the Cleveland and not for any other ship, which is getting moved/uptiered/downtiered. That was your question, you got an answer. If you like to play without IFHE, pls do as you like...no one will force you. It is not like it matters in Botmatches anyway, they go down either way. Maybe not as fast and not fom you, but someone will do it, i am sure. But there is a new Captain in the new Campaign so i will probably use that one for my Montana and put "John Doe" on my Norca, once i finished the Campaign. It is not written in stone, but it makes no sense to put "Halsey" on the DM or on the Gearing and i dont own a Midway, which would also not benefit that greatly. Just to be sure, that you will understand and read correctly: The only reason you get that bonus mission for the 190k CXP is that you can reskill you captain which (probably) has IFHE because of the 152mm cannons for the new Pensacola which has 203 mm and so has no need for IFHE. The 152mm cannons can penetrate 25mm of armor, which would be fine for ships till tier 6/7, but tier 8 you cant pen the 32mm which most BBs have at that tier (if not all). That is why there is a mission for the cleveland and not the other ships which will change their places! I mean you could try to speak to them, so they can show you their broadsides all the time (and you can use AP), but i think you need to offer them money or sexual services to them to do so. You are welcome. :)
