Conqueror- is just too OP, No matter what it comes up against. To fix: -Reduce chance of fire -33 / -40% -or- -Reduce armor / make citadel a bigger target easier to hit (make it a glass cannon) -or- -Increase detection range so you could counter maneuver ( this probably would not make it balanced but it would be a start)

It seems to be up and running again, and yeah I noticed a long time ago just taught it will be fixed faster.
