Deep knowledge ? Of what ? Not of tactics because they were the first to scream their lungs out nerf this nerf that because they are unable to come up with flexible tactics. Untill weeks later they have seen what more intelligent players do and adopted that. Can't you see these guys are slowly adopting all they oppose with slander, shaming and rediculing others ? That is not deep knowledge...that is behaviour of mere human beings, the less inteligent ones i think as well : All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident. Those slandering, shaming and rediculing "forum members" are now at stage 2 at some subjects, but have already shown to behave like stage 3 too. Again followed with slander, shaming and rediculing because you are oooh so stupid to think this tactic or strategy was not used by them all along. Please....there are names for these guys, but there will be a ban if i speak them. -

With aircraft I will never go near a DD that is under the AA screen of a Cruiser(s) or Battleship(s). That is all that needs to be said to anyone who thinks he will always be spotted and killed by aircraft in a DD. Death is just the penalty for detaching yourself from your allies formation and be too far ahead solo. Destroyers are a fleet screening force, but not a solo force. In fact no ship is.... The fact that DD are nearly always among my kills is simply that they are alone, far removed from protective heavy AA of allied ships. This is an universal law of nature : attack what is weak, avoid what is strong. -

This is true. Rush to a cap after match start and and find yourself under air attack, and spotted to be fired at by any enemy in range. To my surprise this morning is saw all DD for several T IX-X matches specificly NOT do that and last much longer. Caps were fought over uncapped and finally capped by the side ending up with with local supriority. Some of the DD ended up in the upper regions of the results screen, and ending the match afloat. So they seemed not to be handicapped by not rushing to caps at all, rather benefitted from not doing that but doing more score-worthy stuff. Staying alive has the habit of being able to do more damage, right ? -

That is easily explainable, even you can grasp this : because in those 77 other games DD players killed themselves in the caps. If they die like after only 2 minutes in a match i can't kill them with secondaries now can i ? When DD survive and approach me - which was 3 times obviously - they die. So yeah, i would still call that terryfying. Maybe stat fanatics can never have such a build as they have the impression it hurts their stats. But stat fanatics do not play this game, they labour in it. That is why they are so sour and toxic, probably. I do enjoy blow DD up this way. Will continue to do so. Too bad i am not allowed to shame stat fanatics back when the time comes their name is above the explosion. -

I only just began to use them against human players, as i mostly play Operations where no stats are tracked. Against bots secondaries can be very effective. A week ago some blamed me for having 0 human kills. A few days ago that was 1. Now it is 3. You might be able to recognise this numbers seems to go up.... As not many DD survive killing themselves as in a cap so very few come even near my CV so i can kill them in this manner. I do not hunt for all DD this way, only the ones that think they hunt me. And some of the seem way too serious.....almost religious on how to play the game, with no single deviation to be allowed. That is why i think they are fanatics, they seem to share the trademark telltale signs of those. Blowing up DD this way is satisfying and fun. I do play for fun you know.... -

If i were to at all listen to you two i would have deinstalled the game already. But i know you for what you are so this is out of the question. Can't stomach DD's and CV's being sunk by secondaries can't you ? Well that is too bad for you. They do. Obviously. All will be settled....someday when i see you in game. I cannot lose because you can merely prove i am a noob what you already claim anyway. You lot however have credibility to lose. ....it will be a great match. -
HNLMS Tromp ? ( i meant De Ruyter ) Because it lead the fatal but brave attack against a superior force of IJN Cruisers and Destroyers. ( invasion convoy escort ) And was in charge of a makeshift fleet that was a collection of several nation Cruisers and Destroyers. Perth and Exeter where among them. Another cruiser there was the USS Nothampton CA 26. ( we do not have that class in game do we ? ) It faced 2 cruisers of the Myoko class, 2 of the Sendai class and among others Shiratsuyu, Ashashio, Febuki and Kagero class Destroyers. It looked very alike a Graf Spee ( Deutschland class ) but had far less power. It would make for an excellent Operation too, if WG were to ever make work of making a mode/Operations of famous sea battles.

Nope....that DD and the cruiser behind him would have just killed me. Not having US HE pinpoint divebombers there was one scoring play to make, and i made it. Now at least one of them is dead and i think the most dangerous one to the team, that won. Late match DD always go off to cap in ninja stealth, was prevented here. But @Bear_Necessities how would i get to righteously kill DD if i were to always steam far away so they can't come near ?? -

That is why you have the option to make them have a 6.5+ km range, 5-6 sec ROF, higher fire chance and much better accuracy ( at least T7+ ) And as long as they regularly kill very dangerous near DD - which is contested for some reason but for me just a fact that can be proven with ever more screenshots of the exact action - how are they wasted points/modules ? It is not as if i suck with doing damage with aircraft.....i do not. And do understand this is a stock (!!) Implacable....it doesn't even have an upgraded hull or upgraded anything. -

And another one, another one, another one bites the dust.....( on the tune of the Queen song.. ) That DD got me good but i survived that.... Nerfed rockets don't kill DD....but secondary batteries do -

Well that price will make sure i will never be tempted to buy it.....not that i can not afford it, but in my opinion it is too much for a(n unlimited amount of) copy of a 3D model. -

Never said it was. I have nothing against team play or even communications coordinated divisions. War is about making use of unfair odds, be it of your own making or presented oppertunity. My problems start with what some people choose to do with their farmed stats. Peacocking with it ? Questionable but still understandable, so ok....Herassing those with lower stats - that were aquired facing equal terms as lone random players in all types of ships, even underpowered or difficult to play - with it...no, that is pathetic behaviour. So i do hope that those that have aquired unicum stats in a fair odds way, and/or those that do not herass others with them do not feel attacked by me, for i have nothing against them. And sure, those players will likely be very good at the game and those stats prove it. But no, players that are known as stats farmers, shifting odds in their favour ( still nothing wrong with that, but claiming skill will become more difficult ) by close coordination but very important have the lamentable habit of griefing other players with it. Good stats do not give you the right to herass other players with their stats, comparing them ! Such behaviour is inmature, unwelcome, toxic and forums or even game spoiling. I wonder why moderators even allow refering to other players stats when it clearly meant to "shame" others or devalue what they write in forums. Everyone knows who does this and the way they operate. More important, almost all forums/games have such players so they are very easy to recognise. If it is not stats, then it is gear score or whatever that is used to put another player down in one way or another. Such people seem to need that. I don't. -
The only ship i really want to have is the Graf Zeppelin. Bummer it is still not available.

You do not take into account "WR farming" divisions are not merely a bunch of random players......they are a communications ( they can talk to each other coordinating attacks, focussing fire, save each other with smoke or taking out a player that threatens to kill one of the div players, and more....) coordinated divisioned players, working together in the most effecient way possible. Because other individual players do not have that huge advantage, they get sealclubbed. How powerful is this communications coordinated duckraping ? Well... WWII Blitzkrieg kind of powerful.......because Blitzkrieg was not only close coordination between army groups, kriegsmarine and luftwaffe, it was because they had COMMUNICATIONS where their enemies had to open a hatch and wave flags at each other ! This is 1:1 comparable. That is how WR is farmed. I have no problem with WR farming. I have a problem with comparing farmed WR to individual players WR and herass them with it. -

There will be more equally skilled players on the other side too, probably able to stop attempts at sealclubbing by divisioned comms coordinated teams, or very likely have such teams too. These ganged up sealclubbers won't be able to club each other with ease, nullifying such attemtps to artifically boost stats. Stats will drop, frauds unmasked. Justice served. Too bad that is just wishful thinking, it sounds like a really good idea. I doubt the servers or data lines can handle it though. Or maybe they can, but it cost more then WG wants to invest in it. -
Well with players abandoning the captain AA talents en masse you throw away your counter to CV. And what i have seen after the latest patch, fighter consumables reaction time has almost become immediate, killing several of my squadrons because i did not expect that. Seems WG is listening to you, despite they shouldn't.

I used it on BB and CA's...maybe you got a lead what to do with them there....will try it.

I just unlocked the Implacable with normal credits and XP/FXP ( that is for nerfing strike fighters WG, no cash ) and the carpet bombers bombs hit just fine, about 5 hits per attack run. Problem is THEY DO ALMOST NO DAMAGE ! But nothing new there i suppose.
