I imagine there are some people who don't know we have arp missions right now. I find out only by luck but if I would not log in to the game then I would simply had no idea and no chance to get some ships(most likely).

I have no credits for tier 8+ and I'm no longer interested in lower tiers so I usually end up playing 6-7 and sometimes no kidding now I have the same map for like 4-5 times in a row. -
Would it matter in a game so heavily affected by RNG?

I have heard it's more fun to have +-2 tiers of difference and the game is more "challenging" while having ships of the same tier playing against each other is "boring".
