In wows there is no crew/captain training acceleration. Ok the xp you earn on the ship also goes to the captain(if I remember correctly) but apart from that you will get a lot of xp on elite ships the more you play them. So you would say it's just useless feature because you are not going to burn that into free xp(and even if you do you most certainly don't need that much unless you go from tier 1 to tier 10 and buy credits in premium shop). Exchanging that elite xp for credits would be bad for wg(maybe) but imagine you could exchange it for others in game things like signal flags or extra equipment. Now why is that not a bad idea? To get achievements you have to play and not be afk. The better you play - more achievements you most likely get and so more signal flags. Same goes for xp better you play - more xp you get. To get equipment you have to complete missions that require you not to be afk(oh noes not again) and kill dds or cruisers for an example. Camouflages and consumables are also obtainable in missions or ranked battles rewards. So you could simply exchange the elite ships xp for those nice things. Ok I mean the better the flag or equipment the more xp it would cost but that is rather obvious(why would you write that then???). Ok now I know some people grind ships but even they at some point start playing tier 10(unless they only grind it to have it in port and don't play it then) which will generate xp you won't use. Same for premium ships. Tell me what you think in the comments. I leave 5 possibilities to vote for if someone would like to vote for all of them. Anyway try to vote for those you would like to see the most. New Orleans - tier 8 20kdmg per battle and 0.29frags(70 battles - 47%wr) Pensacola - tier 7 22k dmg per battle and 0.42 frags(59 battles - 41% wr) Indianapolis - tier 7 18k dmg per battle and 0.26frags(27 battles - 41%wr) I mean It doesn't look like too much of a difference for me. If anything I can only suggest to search the forum and youtube and check some guides and tutorials.

There are two kinds of players - those who snipe with battleships at max range and those who actually fight and take cap points.

Why play co-op when you can play randoms and get tons of credits and xp without any flags.

It's useless to sort players by dmg done due to difference in ships hp (20k for a tier 10 DD and 100k for a BB). Rather than that I would see improved xp for tanking and spotting.
