Cleve used to have 3 salvos in the air with AFT back in the day, DM still can do it. And 200+ hits in Des Moines is pretty much guaranteed 6 digit damage count with those 203

Playerbase is one thing, having easy access to the ship itself and documentation certainly helps with creating one for WoWs.

Cleveland and Des Moines does the same trick just as good. Russian destroyers too, while their guns doesn't suck all the way.

Atlanta combines worst of two worlds - worst DD guns in game with very lackluster cruiser hull. And amount of guns doesn't make up for that. Can it be fun? Certainly yes. Is it viable high(ish) premium vessel for credits and crew training? Not really. Indy is much better as a ship and more matches Freedom cruisers in gameplay.

Yep. Just avoid hitting main armor belt with those small caliber guns, low penetration is actually a good feature in game, as you can reliably deal damage to superstructure/bow/stern as long as shells don't glance off due to angling. Russian HE isn't exactly the best choice IMO, sure you can launch 3-4 salvos for few fires but as long as you have nice broadsides, just use AP. If enemy angles himself, then HE all the way. And AFT is a must for RU DDs, even if you intend to only own Grem. She should have decent margin of invisifiring with AFT. Aaand Kirisiema secured

RU DD (and light cruisers as well) source of damage comes from regular AP penetration (0.3 max damage) on superstructures. It doesn't looks as intimidating as multiple citadel from BB, but 2-3k damage every 5s can get serious quickly on anything broadside.

Just AP them broadsides, HE angled sheeps and derpstroyers.

Just swap those 127mm Dual Purpose mortars with Russian 130mm. Now, where is that time machine to go back in time, make USA lend lease Atlanta to Russians and see them upgrade her with Communism dispensers instead Freedom ones, only to WG add Atlanta/130 as (another) RU premium

US kruzers are best when it comes to pew pew at planes... sort of... mostly... RU cruisers are bad at shell/torpedo dodging though, big+not exactly agile is not a good combo for glass cruiser...

You can't not complete these missions with two month long timeframe anyway, unless you get hit by a truck or you created account today and can play only on weekends.

Also IIRC whole Arpeggio stuff was made for Asia server, which just got copied over to other regions. And even to create retexture for already existing ships, you need sober and willing art department...

Don't worry, two more Myokos will be added. Then WG will close event due to negative feedback about too many copy/paste ships, instead arsing themselves to repaint Atago as Takao/Maya...
