IIRC from Q&A topic torpedo damage is quite complex, stated torpedo damage is merely a guideline. If you have to take torp, take it to the bow/stern - single torp can deplete whole section hp and it won't deal more damage than section have hp. Amidships torp is almost certain "return to port" button.

Cleveland isn't exactly fast either, yet she is far from underperforming Personally I've mounted Propulsion mod2 on all cruisers, it kinda solves lack of acceleration, while rudder shift remain acceptable.

Missouri had raised citadel too, I guess if enough people buy Musashi and whine hard enough about her citadel, both she and Yamato will have it lowered "due to player feedback" -
Hightier gains were already buffed. Replacing repair cost with flat "service" after battle (which is lower than fixing t10 ship - 360k credits for sunk t10 cv anyone?). That and availablility of premium paints, turning t10 of choice into premium ship credit wise. Throw to that constant stream of events, missions and whatnot feeding you with flags/paints and I have hard time imagining what is credits shortage

Well, its supposed to be "danger" or "intentions unclear". Both are checked when some rowboat is about to meet container ship in the same time and space

3 short blasts seems to work when it comes to torpedo warning. It should be 5, but by the time you put them through, it might be tad too late

Yet Kebab was repeatedly nerfed. I guess its the same case as 15 torps on Shima, tough to make ship balanced but damn easy to break ship. And WG, looking at their balancing attempts both in WoT, WoWp and WoWs, prefer to make things "broken OP yet unplayable". Shima with seen-from-orbit torps, Khaba, evasion tanking without rudder -
Having collection of 10 event IJN boats (Arpeggio Kongos, Myokos, Takao and Dragon Myoko) have it merits too.

Nurnberg have more chances to see higher tiered battleships, which from tier 7 onwards uniformly use all or nothing armor scheme (exception being German BBs). You won't citadel BB with puny 15cm shells, but rest of the ship, being paper thin is more than viable target for even smallest of AP shells when broadside.

You can't sustain higher tier ships purely by playing coop or by playing badly in randoms. Its core of base economy, which works since 2010 in World of Tanks, and this scheme is copied to other games. There is no limit to coop battles, I do play coop myself just for occasional lols, but its by design to be even less profitable than randoms. Operations are another barrel of fish as well, on victories players can earn considerable amount of credits and exp -

I wonder if WG will make searchlights operational - they activate with nightfall and follow players aiming like turrets and gun directors. Small but potentially immersive tidbit -
And you don't need it unless you really need 48mm of HE penetration... which doesn't give you all that much.

I've free exped Yorck, I couldn't handle her guns even on test server. Hipper on other hand I've found to be a keeper - tough cruiser, capable AA, guns needs some time to get used to, but AP against anything broadside can deal uncomfortable amount of damage. Disliked Roon for turret layout, Konig/Nurnberg are saved by 360 rear turret traverse tho. Hinden can be brutal, but speed is uncomfortably slow.

Also there is a possibility WG sales department got disturbed with amount of players who bought premboats with doubloons farmed from Supercrates over the year -
All unique voiceovers are no longer tied to captains, instead they are now available in sound options. Thankfully, because Seagull did one hell of an uninspiring voice acting here
