Previous ships are slightly less prone to implode on sight. And Odinburger was okay, though she was and even more nowadays is violated by T8 MM and Fiji being Fiji tier lower.

That way CM was (and still is) a blast to play, MBRB is just a gimmick, useful at ambushes and bursting some fires on freshly DCP'd boats. -
WG is yet to ban someone for using her newest gimmick to burst some fires on freshly DCP'd battleboats or blast broadsides with AP, while running and gunning all over the place.

Decent HE, solid AP, hilariously fast and not that impressive ballistics. To me she uses the same 3xl Kebab playstyle as CM, with tad bigger guns

Still, CM is better at playing like 3xl Kebab simply by virtue of being smaller and more maneuverable, as well not having crippling concealment.

Last Stand actually isn't THAT needed on Horny IV, unlike Charles and St. Loli. What does she need in all doses is turret traverse - even with Hodore unique captain and his improved EM, she have hard time keeping turrets on target during WSAD hax maneuvers (with reload mod, mind you). IFHE gives option to dent Khaba/Moskva and few select battleboats, base HE pen is enough to brutalize US BBs Double rudder setup combined with Engine Boost is fun, but don't expect to carry many games in not exactly tanky cruiser with 14.1km detection. Looking back, Charles Martel IS the destination, any further ship only increases difficulty without gaining much in effectiveness.

My main requirement is ability to keep turrets on target during hard turns. Something which bugs me on Henry IV immensely, as even with Hodore and his upgraded EM she can't keep guns on target, making entire evasion build pointless at times

18s/180deg is enough traverse to keep guns on target, especially in RU DDs which have abysmal turn radius. If anything, UK DDs need EM to keep turrets up with their agility, at least until Lightning

Leningrab requires somewhat dedicated captain with EM, skill you can live without in most RU DDs. Also workable torps suggest CE, skill you ditch on Khaba and other all out gunboats. For prem DD I'd suggest Sims, great skill synergy with regular USN DDs and she's a blast to play.

What is the existed maximum secondary range in this game?

All Conq AA is packed into mid range, which all you need for is AFT and AA range, large caliber AA deals so pitful dps its not worth. Montana is better pick for Manual AA, and with better armored turrets you can take secondary/AA durability upgrade, so you don't lose all the Bofors in one salvo, unlike Conquek- 31 replies

You know "light" refers to guns, not armor? You can have cruiser with Wurst grade protection, but armed with 150mm guns and it still would qualify as "light" cruiser.

And Monarch is boat for pacifists, because it refuses to hit stuff. Top it off with lol 18km range, subpar AP compared to other 15" armed battleboats, HE which isn't exactly improvement over 14" KGV/DoY, meh speed of 28kts, the lowest hp pool and abysmal firing arcs. But hey, in return she gets 25s reload, so you get more dices to throw and topkek 10.9km detection. So you can stalk camo lacking cruisers in BB. And maybe blap them once a month instead embarasing yourself with dispersion -

Same range as USN battleboats, so up to 9km IIRC. (6*1.2*1.2*1.05). Why you would want to use these is beyond me - low amount of guns and long reload.- 31 replies

Besides, damage number in this game is nearly meaningless. What matter is %hp damage done. So 100k hp on single battleship won't pay as much as 100k done to two cruisers

North Carolina (and Alabama/Massachuwhateveritswritten) has one of the slowest AP shells. Still, it takes over 20km to actually do mythical plunging fire with these shells, not mentioning 13s+ shell flight time.

Best part of US BB is, you don't sacrifice main battery performance by stacking AA bonuses. on every other nation, its a choice between main battery accuracy, secondaries and AA. Obviously, you can't combine reload with accuracy on USN, as they take the same slot on Iowa and Montana, unlike Yamato for example

SI is always welcome on battleboat, AFT is also nice on USN BB for their AA, handy not only to troll CV players, but also to knock down that spotter plane from further distance. PT-AR-SI-CE-EM-BoS-AFT is universal build, giving both defense (as in extra heal and fire reduction) as well offense - AR for extra reload, very noticeable on long reloading BB and AFT for AA and secondaries, depending on the ship. If you aren't concerned with planes or secondaries, Fire Prevention is solid choice.
