Radar consumable is "balancing reasons". Don't play realism hard unless you want to backfire at you. HARD.

For cap contests I'm afraid Brits might take the cake, simply by virtue of their lol camo backed up by considerable gunpower. Gunboat Yugumo might work though.

Lacks camo for cap contests, but delivers DFAA and 10+5 rather fast torps. For general gunboating you might be better with Tashkent

Stalinpleb upgrade is gulag/10 balans comrade. Salem upgrade on other hand could be a thing for other cruisers

Difference between 457mm on RU or Conquerror and Yamato class 460mm is VERY distinct. 32mm overmatch.
