I wonder if WG introduces auto fire or auto aiming. After all, its so difficult to aim AND fire. Changing ship course on top of that requires korean level of starcraft player for all that micromanagement -

I guess if we were to post these ideas on RU forums or reeeddit for some bizzare reason instead their own forums AND then bother the living hell out of S_O then maybe it will be gently shoved into the shredder 19mm is also superstructure BB, so in that case bomb might simply not make it to the citadel. So more like arming thickness set as mainstay BB deck on said tier, so 19mm for tier 4-5, 25mm for tier 6-7, 32mm on 8+ -

Sounds okay-ish, though it still needs to be finetuned per tier, something WG isn't very fond of. And then you have issue of uptiering - New York have the same deck of 19mm as Pensacola, not mentioning IJN cruisers with surprising deck thickness like Furrytaco 48mm, though long fuse delay should prevent citadels. In theory. Also I'm not sure, but with rework bombs aren't actual projectiles instead basically AP/HE shells falling at perfect 90 degrees with diving planes animation? That might mess up a bit. -

That would work, then there is question if bomb slows down when meeting armor resistance. Though issues might arise on cruisers with very exposed citadel, like Moskva, Omaha, Minotaur where citadel height might come close to BB ones. -
There is only so much fun you can extract by clubbing people with La-7, P-47M or 109F... And I don't see myself powerless in WG boats no matter how MM gets working as intended. In tanks, I can agree when facing heavy tanks on rather corridory maps, but same applies to WT. In WT planes, GG against someone who figured out how to gain altitude and not lose it on first enemy contact.

No idea about high BR tanks and ships, but you know balance is in interesting state when any jet other than MiG or Sabre is absolutely pointless to play. And you still can be uptiered in WT, which still can end badly without lube

If you hover over skills, you usually see bonus in the tooltip. Rare/unique captains happens to have certain skills improved, Expert Marksman for example goes from 0.7/2.5 degrees/sec increase to 1/3 respectively. -

USN bombs have not enough penetration for to damage hightier BBs cits, making them extra fail. GZ on other hand have higher penetration and more sensitive fuse, making her AP bombs actually viable against most targets AFAIK. -

And without going Harry Potter on game mechanics, whatever you will come up with to counter BBs, counters cruisers as well. For AP bomb overpen you need to set fuse sensitivity to not arm on cruisers. Easy enough, but then there are cases of cruisers having comparable cit roof thickness to lower tier battleboats, most T10 CA vs tier 8 Germans being the most obvious case. Which turns "weakness" of thin cit roof (meaningless anyway due to richochet mechanics) into strength. -

Penetration increase won't help cruisers at all. Then there is issue of bomb arming on main deck and going poof before making it to the citadel, because underwater. Cruisers on other hand don't have the luxury of spare plating and low citadels, so either tinker with fuse sensitivity, risking screwing balance between tiers like Des Moines and Bismarck - latter have thinner cit roof. Or go with AP* as DWT equivalent of bombs *can citadel capital ships only -

Damage saturation. Its not WoT to kill tank by shooting commander cupola
