You would have to be extra sneeki to avoid detection. Besides CV guy gets notified when ship is detected and you can set up zig zagging with autopilot at any time, regardless how speschul it is. For extra trolling RPF works for planes, so your sneeki breeki attempts might get discovered quite early inb4 RU BB flavor - overmatch with HE. I'm not even sure how that would work. -

Considering Kexington and Midway on PT went down with detection range from 17.5km to 15km and 18.4km to 15.4km respectively, I guess Harpies will be adjusted in similar manner

Visual bug related to Midway F8F HVARcat... I mean Bearcat with HVAR rockets. Description: In battle few rockets are misplaced and are clipping on F8F HVAR attack aircraft, used by Tier 10 USN Midway carrier. Screenshot Reproduction: On tier 10 USN CV, Midway install F8F HVAR module, start battle with said ship (Tier 10 USN Midway), take off with attack aircraft. Present in all battles Result: rockets look like zip-tied to each other Expected result: rockets not looking like they are zip-tied to each other

Alternate solution to this delay I can think of would be removal/reduction of lock on dispersion bonus when firing at radar (and hydro?) detected ship. It would be instantly visible as its now, but landing enough hits to sink DD should be on difficult end of the spectrum, while few stray shells should be enough to reset base capture. -

Not many are willing to read wall o text and prefer tl;dr, especially when you're interacting with "customers" Though if going with 40s/80s timers for lols, double flooding lasting 80s on BB would be fatal (80%hp loss). -

Minor flooding - lasts 30s, caused by airborne torpedoes. Major flooding - lasts 60s, caused by shipborne torpedoes. Minor fire - lasts 30s, caused by airborne bombs and rockets. Major fire - lasts 60s, caused by ship shells. here, fixed. You can tack different icons for UI to differentiate that, in case timer duration is not clear enough -

I wonder if thats the case or WG split ship flooding points simply to front and back, so torp landing just behind front turret would cause front flooding. I'd understand if torpedo bulges would negate flood chance completely, though that might leave some balancing issues of sort. You rarely flood for entire duration, while 10s double flooding just to get DCP going would be more harmful for big boats than before (2x 0.5hp/sec compared to 1x 0.66hp/sec) -

Quick check on PT: -Valkyrie (tier 3 RN DD) with AFT have closest gun/range combo to could be Błyskawica 102mm. At 12km shell flight time going with in game clock is 10.19s. Akizuki with her 1km/s guns have 9.19km. Błyskawica with 120mm Bofors have 8.6s. While not very bad, Błyskawica 102mm would require IFHE to dent anything bigger than DD of her own tier while AFT would be waste of points due to dubious ballistics. And with 6.8km concealment you can't exactly ambush other DDs Black Swan don't pew pew at 12km on regular basis -

102mm Błyska would require IFHE just like old Akizuki. And considering brit 102mm have 200m/s worse shell velocity than Akizuki guns with similar shell weight, I expect nothing more than firework display unless WG give these shells some magic air drag. -
After spending some time on Public Test some suggestions of mine: Catapult Fighters: -get rid of launching multiple planes from single catapult, it looks just dumb. If ship had multiple catapults, then fine, animate them and let two-three planes fly around. Double catapults AFAIK is mostly USN trait, nice way to complement their national "AA flavor" -gameplay change: roll back catapult fighter to "panic" attacking CV planes (maximum possible spread), set duration to 3 minutes (cruisers) and 2 minutes (BB), 120/80s reload, old/pre rework amount of charges -Direction Center for Fighters - instead adding another catapult fighter, increases duration by 20% Carrier Combat Air Patrol (both consumable summon and CV defense): -panics attacking planes CV survivability: -set fire and flooding duration to 30s both, with 5s fires CV can be surprisingly tough nut to crack for DD that manages to catch one at last. CV sniping should be reduced by Combat Air Patrol rendering most attacks ineffective due to panic Things I'd like to see: -consistent damage when planes use the same ordnance, akin to pre rework, apply to USN CV -consistent plane hp, when the same aircraft is used as DB and TB (speed can vary due to weight/air drag) -tier 10 CV no longer have to upgrade their planes, as most tier 10 ships don't have to research anything -dive bombers no longer climb, instead they fly on higher altitude to start with, that animation is just doesn't make sense -increase range of Tiny Tim rockets to differentiate them from HVARs. For example their preaim crosshair (grey) could be placed at 5km away instead 3km, while attack crosshair (green) and rockets could fire at 2km away instead 1km. Rocket speed could be reduced a bit to make long range sniping bit more tricky

Are you aware you just pointed what I've said? Larger shell case = more propellant = faster shell velocity. If you have source for 120mm Bofors bursting charge, feel free to post it - navweaps lacks such info. Though its irrelevant as WG will not change Błyskawica. First refit with 4x2 102mm would be hilariously useless due to crippling base HE pen and equally bad ballistics, and its NOT the same as Haida - she has 3x2 120mm UK guns and 1x2 102mm (acting as secondary guns in game) because Brits being Brits.
